I had dinner at this restaurant with a friend who frequents it regularly. At the time of writing, the restaurant is closed for renovation. The restaurant has two rooms and I was told that there is also a cellar where you can eat in addition to wine. Historic restaurant, very beautiful, well furnished in a classic style. The restaurant is in a street with plenty of parking on the street. The staff is kind and knowledgeable about both the dishes and the wine The dishes are excellent, the fish is fresh and with an excellent choice of dishes. We ate the Catalan-style lobster prepared on the spot with different variations on the vegetables on the plate. The gnocchi with shrimp and the pumpkin cappellacci are delicious The prices are in line with the quality of the dishes and the type of restaurant Restaurant absolutely recommended

Would you go back? This was the question I asked my partner and myself. We simply answered yes! The service is very professional and friendly, it is a place to have lunch or dinner that takes you back in time, to that Italy that no longer exists. I'm sorry I don't drink wine, for the rest nothing else to add. P.s. I would have dived into that gorgonzola and I regretted not having taken the meat tartare.

27/06/2025: I really appreciated the atmosphere, the food and the kindness of all the staff. Unfortunately I live far away otherwise I would go back immediately to try the Argentinean prawns in béarnaise sauce (truly fantastic). In any case I will gladly go back

02/07/2025: We were here for a dinner with the gourmet menu option. Starting from the waiter (very kind and very knowledgeable), everything was excellent. Also, important note, the entire menu was completely vegetarian and with all the dishes cooked with local products! Satisfied, we will return!
29/06/2025: Nice restaurant in the center of lower Bergamo. Outdoor seating away from traffic. Mainly traditional food of excellent quality. Excellent bread and breadsticks. I had risotto with nettles and lemon and veal with tuna sauce. Both excellent.
