Sono venuto in questo ristorante principalmente per una pausa rilassante, e perché attratto dalla magnifica vista che si gode in questa invitante sala del Fontebella Palace Hotel . Con estremo piacere ho constatato che qui anche la ristorazione, per servizio, creatività e felici combinazioni degli ingredienti,risulta eccellente. Prezzo medio -alto , meritoriamente giustificato dall' insieme di quanto proposto.

Modern and panoramic restaurant in the center of Assisi. Refined cuisine with selected products, also possibility of a tasting menu. Compliments to the chef for the preparation of the dishes proposed for the balance of taste and well presented. Good wines on offer, even a wine created by them as well as the oil. Excellent fast and professional service.

Restaurant recommended by the Michelin guide, located in the heart of Assisi, it offers a different experience compared to the gastronomic activities in the area. Choice between various tasting menus, which I recommend, or à la carte. Attentive and prepared service, choice of wine guided by an expert sommelier. Personally I was very happy with the experience. I recommend trying something different

We had an amazing lunch here - the food, wine, and view were all great. Each dish was beautiful and much thought and care had been put into every element on the plates. We are vegetarian and though at first we thought there might not be many options, it was no problem - there were several great options for each course and we had a hard time choosing which dish was our favorite! The service was friendly and attentive, just the right amount of attention. We live in the DC area with several Michelin star restaurants around us and il Frantoio definitely lived up to that high standard! We’ll be back the next time we’re in town.

Il locale è molto carino, musica in sottofondo, gradevole l'arredo e la posizione è meritevole. La scelta nel menù è particolare e ovviamente non per tutti i palati. Il cibo è ottimo ed è un'esperienza da provare.

Restaurant that is an experience, we tried the tasting menu for dinner. Food of the highest level, excellent quality, trained staff and very beautiful location. Maximum care also given to gluten-free options. PS: the dessert was so good that I couldn't resist... I ate a piece before taking the photo 😅

Environment like in a museum, respectful and professional service, excellently prepared food with a superlative taste! I absolutely recommend! You can enjoy a view across all of Umbria! Spectacular.

Per chi è ad Assisi questo ristorante rappresenta una tappa imprescindibile. Panorama impagabile, ambiente elegante, servizio raffinato, contesto esclusivo e...su tutto... una cucina menzionata Michelin.

06/06/2025: Great bar in Gubbio. Very good breakfast, with excellent pastries. I've been there a few times for lunch and the food was very good and well plated. Friendly staff, I recommend it for a breakfast or a quick lunch. Moderate prices
03/06/2025: Recommended truffle gnocchi filled with truffle caciotta, venere rice with stracchino and vegetable brunoise (chopped vegetables)

25/04/2025: Cibo ottimo, servizio un po' lento. Abbiamo prenotato alle 20 e quel grongo di paradisi è arrivato alle 20:15. Mi raccomando seguite tutti paradisidaniels su Instagram
28/12/2024: Fantastico, semplicemente fantastico. Cibo ottimo, atmosfera da brividi, personale gentile e preparato. A due passi dal centro della più bella città medievale dell’Umbria (ma direi anche del mondo). Consiglio assolutamente, Dai! dai! dai!!
