A Michelin-starred restaurant that from the outside appears both "closed/abandoned" and "touristy." The dining room is very warm with floor-to-ceiling windows. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The dishes are overly sophisticated and the prices are a bit above average.

It's a true feast for the senses, and I regret not having had another evening to try even more dishes. Excellent restaurant with a breathtaking view of Assisi. The most surprising thing is the use of simple ingredients, transformed into essential yet extraordinary dishes. Recommended dishes: - Eggplant - Spaghetti - Plin - Roe Deer - Hypnotic Completely rejected dish: the tomato gelato pre-dessert Recommendations: Turn up the background music a little louder, and serve homemade butter with the homemade bread. I was actually a guest with my wife at the Giotto hotel where this restaurant is located. Beautiful terrace with an unparalleled view of the valley below. Worth a try even just for the location.
