We had a perfect dinner worthy of a Michelin-starred restaurant. I highly recommend it to all visitors to Assisi. Both the food and the wine were perfect!

A Michelin-starred restaurant that from the outside appears both "closed/abandoned" and "touristy." The dining room is very warm with floor-to-ceiling windows. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The dishes are overly sophisticated and the prices are a bit above average.

Very precise and more than pleasant service: you can feel the desire to share and introduce the treasures of local gastronomy and showcase the quality of the cuisine. Exceptional cuisine: the ingredients are treated with immense respect, the cooking is precise, and the incredible flavor combinations enrich each other without one overpowering the other. It's a true feast for the senses, and I regret not having had another evening to try even more dishes. Excellent advice on a local wine, the choice of which reflects the precise and judicious restaurant. A truly delightful moment of culinary pleasure. I would almost come back to Assisi just to return to this restaurant.

Excellent restaurant with a breathtaking view of Assisi. The most surprising thing is the use of simple ingredients, transformed into essential yet extraordinary dishes. Recommended dishes: - Eggplant - Spaghetti - Plin - Roe Deer - Hypnotic Completely rejected dish: the tomato gelato pre-dessert Recommendations: Turn up the background music a little louder, and serve homemade butter with the homemade bread. Conclusion: I would go back!
