Below expectations... Nice place, quick and friendly staff. Certainly plentiful dishes and correct prices but.... for a Roman cuisine we certainly expected flavors more in line with the true Roman tradition.... In the cacio e pepe I expect to find pepper, because that is exactly what gives the right aroma. Gricia ... passable Carbonara would have been better with a little more creaminess and not too runny as it was served. Saltimbocca .... or not Good mixed frying... more battered courgettes than anything else, however if you want anything else added just ask. Bread ... not received and requested late at lunch. A year ago very good super chef, changed chef disappointing fried food too heavy and kept too long in the fryer I'm sorry I didn't take photos of the supplì the breading was dark brown, first courses without salt, oxtail the sauce was a bit liquid, the chicory as a side dish without salt. I would like to point out that I didn't even bring bread to the table, plus the artichokes alla giudia were overcooked and bitter. Let me start by saying that my husband is Roman and to tell him that he wasn't good I told you everything.

In the southern area of ​​Udine, a very welcoming and nice place, with typical Roman cuisine, I found good dishes and food and excellent service. In particular, the Gricia is the superlative Amatriciana, a little less so the side dishes and the second course. I recommend a ride

The place is not clearly visible from the main road so you need to be careful which courtyard you enter. The dishes are of good quality and the portions are generous. I especially appreciated their pastas. The staff was very kind. I am not able to evaluate quality/price since I was invited by friends. I will definitely come back to try other dishes.

Devo dire che dopo un'ora e mezza di attesa per 4 paste e piatti arrivati in tempi diversi ci stavamo irritando parecchio, ma... Piatti veramente buoni, porzioni super abbondanti e un personale davvero gentile, si sono scusati per l'attesa data da un errore in cucina e hanno tolto un piatto dal conto. Questo fa decisamente la differenza e ci ha fatto finire il pranzo con il sorriso. Anche i dolci buonissimi! Ci tornerò, ma magari prenoto alle 12 e me la prendo con tranquillità e filosofia 😂
