What a shame!! A missed opportunity...the villa is very beautiful and in a commanding position...it's a shame about the state of deterioration and near-abandonment.

A truly 5-star hotel that lives up to its reputation! For a visit to the Lake Maggiore, Lake Varese, and Lake Como area, this is a really good hotel. The location is very quiet, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The adjacent park is perfect for a stroll and is lined with beautiful old trees. The rooms are equipped with everything you need, are very clean, and spacious. The breakfast was excellent. There was everything from coffee and tea to cakes, croissants, yogurt, fruit, vegetables, ham, and cheese... the ham was particularly delicious! There was also ample parking in front of the hotel and in the villa's courtyard. This hotel made our stay in the region truly exceptional.

Beautiful location, lake view, huge, well-kept park, perfect for conferences or holidays. There are about 70 rooms, mine is huge, practically a mini-apartment. They even allowed me to bring my dog ​​with me, but it's always best to ask. I stayed here during an Ecoverso competition, a truly enchanting place.

I spent one night there on my journey to the Ligurian Sea. A former monastery has been converted into a hotel. The house is located on a hill above the actual town. However, the view was magnificent. Beautiful. There was no time to explore further. The food was good. There was good coffee in the morning.

The building is a former palazzo, which a nobleman bequeathed to the Vatican. Thus, there is also a church within the building, and every room has a cross. Our room was clean and spacious. The bathroom was also fine. The hotel is quite secluded. There is a large park for strolls and a terrace in a beautiful garden with a magnificent view. There was a bar that was already serving drinks when we arrived in the afternoon. Breakfast and dinner were served in a large hall. The tables were attractively set with damask tablecloths. Both dinner and breakfast were of good quality. Breakfast offered a wide selection of sweet dishes.
