01/04/2025: A welcoming and well-kept environment made the lunch pleasant. The attentive and courteous service contributed to creating a relaxing atmosphere. The taste of the pasta was really delicious and inviting. A little increase in portions would make the experience even more satisfying. A hotel that looks modest from exterior, provides you with 5 star accommodation and amenities, with its large and cozily decorated rooms. However when it comes to services, professionalism, care to small details, extra mile to make things easier n smoother for you, this place is nothing less than 7 star.
05/12/2024: Beautiful hotel located in a strategic position in Santa Maria Novella equipped with all comforts and very well looked after both in terms of catering and furnishings. The staff are very helpful and welcoming, attentive to customer needs.
