Nice little restaurant SARNI on the A/14 motorway near Pescara SUD. FRIENDLY STAFF WHO WILL SATISFY YOUR EVERY REQUEST. I RECOMMEND IT.

Two friends from Brazil and I just ate at this restaurant. Friendly, warm, and professional welcome! Very good fish and seafood dishes. Good value for money: a two-course menu with coffee, water, and wine, around €24 per person. I recommend it.

I've always had something different, and it's always been delicious.

We go to southern Italy every two years or so. On the way back, a visit to Il Carro is practically a must, because contrary to all expectations, everything is excellent there. We think the food is very good, as is the service and ambiance. All the staff are friendly and serve very quickly. It's a real shame there isn't a restaurant like this across the street. We would definitely stop there. By the way, this restaurant is also clean and well-maintained. The same goes for the restrooms.

An exceptional option for those on the highway heading back north. Very friendly staff, excellent value for money, and it's a real restaurant, not a service station. It's also pet-friendly. Highly recommended.

Paid little, ate well, exceptional bread (freshly baked) and helpful staff

One of the few real restaurants along the highway. Here you can truly relax, eat something in peace, and enjoy clean restrooms without the usual miles-long lines. The dishes aren't exactly cheap, but they're incredibly generous. A special mention goes to the cheese and egg balls, which are spectacular!

Excellent stop on the motorway for families and more

Excellent choice for a lunch break while traveling north on the A14. I'd been here a few years ago, and it was still under the same management, which was fantastic. It's now clear that Sarni has acquired it. Despite this, it's still a completely different place from the usual rest stops. You sit at a table with tablecloths and order à la carte. You'll appreciate the relaxed atmosphere, the service, and a menu that's still quite similar to that of a trattoria. Prices are similar to those of a motorway service station. I'd also like to point out the changing area in the basement.
