01/12/2025: The pastries are good, but it's the worst place in Buralli. Breakfast on December 1 was served, and only two of the clerks weren't keeping up with the customers. We waited ages for a pastry, a coffee, and a cappuccino. To pay, there was yet another line because two (slow) workers couldn't keep up with the volume of customers. It's a shame, because it's a nice place. The tables weren't cleaned between customers. I absolutely don't find it pleasant to have to eat and drink where other people's cups are placed. In my opinion, the quality has dropped, and I'm just talking about this place.

05/11/2025: Excellent, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. They solved the problem I had with another unreliable bakery with a splendid and delicious cake.
