We had dinner in Cascia after an afternoon walking around the historic center, we took the pilgrim's menu, good, plentiful dishes, a small mistake was immediately corrected with grace and speed. Good work

Io e mia moglie abbiamo visitato i luoghi sacri di Cascia e stasera ci siamo fermati al Caminetto per cena. Nonostante alcune allettanti proposte a-la-carte, abbiamo optato per il Menu del Pellegrino che si è rivelato un ottimo compromesso qualità prezzo. Per chiudere un dolce particolare al cioccolato con un nome particolare (che non ricordo) veramente sorprendente. Riassumendo,blo consiglierei a chiunque.

Una excelente cena con un postre muy especial. Realmente aprecio la carta de este restaurante que trata de promocionar platos e ingredientes locales como el azafrán. Tengo que volver a la pizza también

My husband and I had lunch here immediately after the 12 noon mass in the Basilica. Without a reservation, we found an excellent welcome and a warm and clean place. Excellent food, punctual, quick and friendly staff. Average price, but for what we ate I would say excellent value for money. Small but clean toilets. Highly recommended.

Very nice restaurant in the streets of Cascia.
The menu offers various dishes of typical cuisine, I had a very good grilled pork from Norcia, served with potatoes.
Fast and attentive service as costs are slightly above average.

I was at the Caminetto restaurant by pure chance and it was a great surprise. We took 2 strascinati alla Norcina, portion more than right, very balanced consistencies and flavours. For the second course we had the grilled lamb with rosemary potatoes and the braised veal cheek with puree. Here we could see the chef's hand very well, the raw materials are really good and worked with skill. The braised cheek is simply butter and the mash perfectly smooth and perfectly flavoured, the rosemary potatoes are often a flaw in restaurants I have tried, these melt in your mouth, cooked to perfection, grilled lamb juicy and flavourful. High quality desserts. Prices more than fair. I will definitely go back.
