From the name, we expected a nice fireplace, but we were a bit disappointed when we walked in and found there was no fireplace. The atmosphere is really sterile and unwelcoming, but the food is nothing to write home about. Everything was excellent and plentiful. The service was a bit slow.

Highly recommended if you're looking for an excellent restaurant in Cascia! Delicious and generous portions. Excellent value. I especially recommend trying the appetizers with local cured meats and cheeses, the lamb, and the amazing desserts. Kudos to the entire staff for their kindness, integrity, and impeccable service. We'll definitely be back next time.

I was in Cascia today, and I must say I was looking for a restaurant near the sanctuary to take the various tours. We sat down, and I must say the atmosphere was very welcoming. The service was really fast, and the staff were very attentive and professional. We had a platter of appetizers for two, the cured meats and bruschetta bianca (I didn't have time to photograph it) were very good. Then we had Strascinati di Cascia—an ancient recipe with sausage, pancetta, egg, and pepper—and ricotta and spinach tortelli, Norcia sausage ragu, pure Cascia saffron, and parmesan shavings. Both were delicious, but I preferred the tortelli—EXCEPTIONAL! And finally, the tiramisu (photos attached). I would definitely return.

A wonderful experience in Cascia. They welcomed us, even if we arrived a little late. A lovely atmosphere where we could chat, the eggs were fresh and very good, although the scorzone wasn't very flavorful. The tagliatelle with truffle, however, had more flavor and were cooked in butter just right. The tortelli were fantastic, and the Norcia sausages were delicious. The roast potatoes were excellent. Excellent restaurant in Cascia.

I had lunch with my daughter. They made it a real experience: top-quality ingredients expertly prepared, and the staff was courteous, helpful, and very professional. The prices were absolutely fair, in line with what they offer. I highly recommend it.

Friendly staff, except for one gentleman who took the questions and never smiles, cold as winter temperatures, a bottle of coca cola costs 8 euros, perhaps they don't know that they are near a sanctuary and not the Milan cathedral... the rest, quiet atmosphere, good tourist menu
