Excellent location, half board (lunch) including umbrella and sunbed (reasonable price given that drinks were also included), staff very attentive to customer needs, the restaurant is worth trying as well as excellent food, the owner is a fake thing about eating in abundance... I highly recommend it.. TOP............

Central location for an excellent view of the Adriatic coast of Porto San Giorgio. Rooms cleaned every day, good room and bar service. International breakfast. Elevator. Small free parking. Underground garage.

17/11/2024: I met them through a pack of large round soft sandwiches bought in a shop and since they were delicious, I went to visit them to try the pizza too The pizza is also the way I like it, very stuffed and very good

10/09/2024: Very nice place. Very hospitable, beautiful, quiet and nice swimming pool.
03/09/2024: Wonderful place, quiet and ventilated. Terraced pitches, with a sea view on one side and a wonderful view of Fermo on the other. Bathrooms and swimming pool always tidy and spotless. We stayed 9 nights with caravan, and had a great time. Tactical position to reach both the beautiful beaches of the Conero and for excursions in the Sibillini mountains. What can I say, everything was fantastic, especially thanks to the helpfulness and kindness of the owner. We will definitely be back!
