Anche se non è la prima volta che mangio in questo ristorante resto ogni volta sorpreso della varietà delle portate. Ambiente familiare, personale altamente professionale. Un menù ricco di portate e tutto cucinato e preparato con l'amore dello chef Potito. Costo non esagerato visto l'abbondanza delle portate, oltre alla musica con karaoke del dj Gianfranco. Voto per tutto 110 e lode con bacio accademico

I found myself in this place in Orta Nova on a Friday evening and I must say that it was a truly very positive experience: the marinated fish starters are excellent, as are the grilled octopus (cooked to perfection) and the steamed cod with bran pepper; the pizza is also very good, tasty, well cooked and easy to digest. Congratulations to Potito for his cooking!!! The staff was also very kind and described the dishes in great detail; the environment is spacious, welcoming and relaxing. For someone from Salento like me, who likes good fish, I think Il Buongustaio deserves my full approval. I will definitely be back!
