A classic Ikea store, huge. It is a shop located inside a large shopping center and therefore has practically infinite underground parking. You access the furniture collection floor, fast food area and Swedish product shop. The display of prefabricated environments is located on the upper floor, as is the restaurant and bar area. Going down to the lower floor, the access floor, you will find the classic market, divided by type of product. The rooms are well kept, tidy, clean. The staff, when you track them down, are helpful and courteous. The only flaw is the availability of the products, unfortunately very often the products are not available, perhaps due to the large amount of people who crowd the shop every day; in fact, it happens that the online availability does not reflect that of the store. This sometimes results in empty trips.

Once upon a time there was Ikea where you could save money by doing it yourself... not anymore... there are exaggeratedly inflated prices for furniture that often aren't even worth looking at, let alone buying... once upon a time you could buy a kitchen at very low prices convenient, now if you go to Scavolini you will certainly save and buy better... it should be noted that some items are still convenient, but in the midst of that chaos it is very difficult to find them, good for a Sunday walk and to buy small things... but if you go to something more serious, do your math carefully and also compare it with other shops and get some advice

We went to deliver some used furniture for resale, we came across a lady who did everything to make us change our mind and never come back, boasting among other things that she has worked at IKEA for 24 years. Embarrassingly rude. Subsequently, for a shift change, we were looked after by a super kind and helpful colleague. If it had been up to the lady they would have lost good customers forever.

Very large location, on several floors, there is so much to see. It has the advantage that it is integrated into the Porta di Roma shopping center, but it has the downside: it is always very crowded, at certain times it is difficult to find parking, and at the checkouts (now all automatic) there is often a queue that doesn't move.

There is a lack of staff
Furniture transport too expensive
The editors are, in 90 percent of cases, arrogant, not up to par and leave a lot of dirt!
My latest expense is a 5000 euro kitchen and I find myself having to dismantle skirting boards and remove drawers due to the unimaginable amount of rubbish created by sawdust and dust during work and left underneath
Truly terrible professionally and I hold the company responsible which, being aware of the staff it employs, allows all of this!!!
The IKEA in Porta di Roma is also, as already mentioned, lacking in staff who are not always able to help or polite and kind
