The store is well-organized, and even the clerks seem helpful, but the restaurant has always had the same things to eat for years. There's no variety, and above all, no consideration for allergies, intolerances, celiac disease, etc. In 2026, I find this absurd. They're also lacking in vegetables. There's not even rice or anything similar. Always the same four foods... I don't understand why, given how busy they are.

Ikea is always the best, if it weren't for the extremely rude and unhelpful warehouse delivery person. I'm referring to February 3, 2016, at 12:00 PM.
Staff who interact with the public must be carefully selected.

January 2026, this Ikea in the Porta di Roma Shopping Center is a great location, spread across two floors, offering a wide range of options at various prices and well-stocked.
Their products are excellent quality, long-lasting, and eco-friendly.
The lighting and display options are excellent. Their café and restaurant, where you can savor their specialties, are interesting and worth a visit.
The staff is also highly helpful and professional.
