I booked online with pickup: from the girls checking out the counters to the guys who delivered the items, everyone was very kind and thorough in their assistance. I think that despite being a grab-and-go store, the customer service is excellent, which is the main reason I'm giving it a 5-star review.
Regarding the items, they were either discontinued or from the recycling section: always check them out; the savings are significant for products that are practically new! I hope the section can expand in the future!

Excellent selection, and the two staff members (two tall men) were extremely professional and went out of their way to help me find what I needed. The only downside was the lady at the self-service checkout, who was a bit cold. Overall, a positive experience!

Nowadays, Ikea stores are a safe bet: you can find everything and more, everything is always tidy, and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Parking is easy, as there are plenty of convenient spots. I recommend visiting this one in the Porta di Roma shopping center.
