Welcoming, clean, tidy, well-organized, and well-lit store. Friendly, polite, helpful, discreet, and competent staff. Ample and very decent covered and uncovered parking. Shopping bags and paper towels are always available; carts are clean, easy to move, functional, and well-organized. Excellent bar and restaurant services. Restrooms are always clean and tidy. A furniture and home accessories shopping center with an excellent price/quality ratio, where a family can easily spend an entire day having lunch on-site and then continuing with their shopping. A small reception area and play area for children. Numerous services are available: transportation and delivery, assistance, and returns.

The Ikea in Pescara is just like all the others in the world—very good and very well organized. The people who work there are great. The big problem is that they only speak Italian; very few speak English. That's something they should address, especially for me, since I only speak Spanish and English. But otherwise, the place is amazing, like everywhere else, and it has all the latest items you can find at Ikea. It's highly recommended.

Yesterday, Sunday, December 14, 2025, at 2:00 PM, I stopped at the restaurant. I had a great time! The girl with the red lipstick is very friendly, very nice, and trustworthy! She recommended the main course menu for €20.95. Everything was wonderful. The meat was cooked to perfection! She also recommended the salmon you sell from the Swedish deli. I had a great time, I'll definitely be back! I hope to see that girl again; she was really helpful.

I went back yesterday. I usually go once a month, and every time I find something new. The entire facility is well-maintained, tidy, clean, and runs smoothly even on busy days. Every time I visit, I always find something useful to buy, and I must say that every purchase I've made has been a success and leaves me satisfied. In particular, over time, I've purchased several KALLAK modular cube shelves, which are very useful; I even used one to make a room divider. They're easy and fun to assemble, and the colors can be coordinated anywhere. Good morning! I'm sharing my experience at Ikea today, Monday, October 13th: check-in at 10:00 a.m. and check-out at 2:00 p.m. Ikea: beautiful building and excellent location! We started the day with two breakfast menus and an extra dessert (which never hurts), served by a very kind man at the bar. I forgot to have my membership card, so we didn't take advantage of the "promotional" price, but for two euros more... no problem! We then wandered through the departments—all beautiful—and made a purchase. To make sure we didn't miss out on anything, we also bought something from the food section. Given the time (now around 1 p.m.), we decided to have lunch at the restaurant: three menus and water... all good! Satisfied, we headed for the exit, but there we were stopped by one of your employees—a mature woman with pink/lilac hair—with a somewhat haughty and ironic attitude (not exactly friendly, in fact, quite annoying). She told us we couldn't enter the food court with our shopping bags and that we'd have to carry them to the car first, accompanying everything with phrases like: "Oh, you couldn't! Oh, what a mess! Oh, good! Oh, look at that! Oh, I didn't see you!" Previously, however, another, much more cheerful colleague hadn't made any comments about it. What can I say! All things considered, it would have been enough to politely and respectfully ask (we're customers, not family) to check the bags and the receipt, and we would have left happy. Next time, since we're from Pescara, we'll think twice, because if we have to leave, leave the bags in the car, and then return to the food court... we might as well have lunch at a restaurant outside Ikea. What can I say? There's something for everyone... all types and for all budgets, ample free and convenient parking, located near the Pescara Ovest toll booth on the A14 motorway, a stone's throw from Chieti and Pescara, and 4 km from the airport. But the bar and restaurant deserve praise both for their quality at a very low price and for the kindness and friendliness of the staff, not to mention the consistently top-notch cleanliness.

Ikea is a beautiful store for furniture and other products. I found it good.

Great place, it has lots of things including bathrooms if needed and moderately priced refreshment areas.
