You can buy with peace of mind, helped by the staff, all very polite and helpful. You can see that they care about their work. This IKEA is much better than the one in Porta di Roma

Ikea well connected by public transport and quite well stocked. Nice idea of ticket refund if you come with the circular. The restaurant has fair prices and is not bad.

It's a guarantee in everything, I've always been going there, but today something truly unexpected happened, yesterday I bought a table and 4 very comfortable chairs, but one chair is dented so I called to ask for a replacement, they replied yes of course it can come and we'll replace it, so I left from Roseto degli Abruzzi, I travel 40 km, I arrive and they say, we can't replace it because the system isn't working, so I have a problem with one of your objects, you have a problem and I have to return??????
When Ikea opened its first store it wrote to ✍️, so you have to help me solve "your problem" write your paperwork by hand and solve the problem for me. It takes the desire and will to work as a director.

At the motorway exit, convenient to get there, large covered car park, many parking spaces... the restaurant offers various well-prepared dishes and dishes cooked to perfection... large spaces, you can obviously find everything and more, a nice route from the entrance to the exit... reasonable prices, comfortable trolleys, payment at the automatic cash registers is simple and intuitive, friendly staff, present and with the right answers to every question and curiosity... courtesy and professionalism...

Excellent experience with Antonella, a true professional in the IKEA kitchen design department. His competence, precision and availability are out of the ordinary. With great attention to detail and a profound knowledge of the products, he was able to recommend functional and aesthetically impeccable solutions, listening to my needs with sincere interest.
His education, courtesy and dedication to the customer make the entire process not only efficient, but also extremely pleasant. Thanks to his support, I left the store fully satisfied and happy to return to finalize the order.
Praise for IKEA for having collaborators of this level: it would be desirable that such trained and passionate figures were valued as they deserve.
