Clean, tidy, spacious. Highly visible displays, well-presented items. Escalators in addition to traditional elevators and stairs. Welcoming atmosphere. Good food, clean and bright restaurant and bar area, lovely fake wooden trees. Clean bathrooms, multi-level parking, with street-level parking reserved for families and disabled guests.

Ikea is large, well-stocked, well-organized, and has friendly, helpful staff. The restaurant is a bit less so, with high prices and food that isn't worth the money. (The lasagna is a near-miss.)

Impeccable organization, like all IKEA stores, with an extra touch of attention to detail in the display area. Friendly staff. However, I had to RUN AWAY after half an hour because of the air conditioning. It was the height of summer, morning, 26 degrees outside and freezing inside. One of the kids and I had sore throats the next day.

The store reflects the company's philosophy: good products at competitive prices. Many of the items on sale are modular and therefore can only be purchased with the help of qualified consultants. This is a weakness of the store because, in my opinion, the consultants, for various reasons, aren't very helpful. Add to this the fact that assembly costs still have to be paid even if the assembly, as planned, isn't possible, and it's clear that the chain isn't functioning as it should. The store's location is quite inaccessible and difficult for the disabled. Parking is, however, ample.
