The service and staff were excellent, the room was very nice, the bathroom needed some work (paint, minor damage, and very poor lighting) but everything else worked fine. We were very comfortable. The restaurant and the manager's friendliness were the best part.

4-star hotel located 50 meters from the train station; very nice but dated rooms, varied and plentiful breakfast; the reception staff was friendly and helpful with every request. Affordable price with breakfast. You can eat at the hotel restaurant, which offers excellent food.

Convinient location with walking distance from train and bus station is the best plus for this hotel in brescia city center. Rooms dint have electric kettle.. bathroom fittings need relacement even though working

I was there for an event. Welcoming, friendly and helpful staff, top bartenders, excellent selection of wines and cocktails, and a very good buffet.

I went for conference and the view was really good from room. The staff are really helpful and the breakfast was also really good. The location is the best among all.

The hotel is well located, a 10-minute walk from the centre and close to the station. The staff were always genuinely friendly and very helpful. Their customer focus is evident from the fact that the hotel has several subscriptions for the underground car park nearby and that we were allowed to use one of them, which was excellent service. My son is in an electric wheelchair and we were given an adapted room that was just spacious enough. The toilet in the room is adapted, but the adapted toilet on the ground floor, near the reception, is actually better adapted. So I used this one for my son. There are no complaints about cleanliness. In short, we were quite satisfied, especially considering the favourable price/quality ratio. We slept well; with the window closed, you don't hear too much noise from the station area (especially buses). Certain details reveal that the hotel is starting to show its age and could do with a facelift, such as the sanitary facilities and the décor of the rooms. However, this did not really affect our stay. The bar was always closed when we wanted to have a drink (e.g. on Sundays, later in the evening during the week, etc.). But I can't really mention any real downsides, especially considering the relatively affordable price for this region.

Located across from the train station, it's easy to get around the city. The concierge service was excellent and knowledgeable, and even more so kindly allowed us to keep our suitcase at the hotel after checkout. The room was a sore point: everything was very old and worn. The bathtub, walls, and curtains had holes or broken parts. Hygiene wasn't particularly good either, with the bed and floor having several stains. This aspect needs a major overhaul. See you next time.
