I stayed at this hotel for two nights. It is located very close to the station and about 15 minutes walk from the city centre.
The structure overall is not bad, it certainly needs modernization, especially in the rooms, but in fact I didn't mind it.
The reception is always open and it is convenient to be able to leave your room keys with them whenever you leave the facility. The staff is courteous.
I found the breakfast quite varied (especially sweet) and good. Excellent cappuccino.
The room was ok, spacious and generally clean. The bathroom is also spacious and equipped with everything you need. The carpet and some furniture should be changed.
Overall I am satisfied with my stay at this property.

Well it's my first 4-star hotel, and I must say that I'm largely satisfied, first of all the price of a single room on the weekend is extremely interesting; large room with fridge, double bed and large bathroom with shower, all clean, tidy, and staff very kind and polite, helpful! If I ever end up in Brescia (1st time also in the "Lionessa" of Italy 🥰🔝), in the future with conditions like this (variable I imagine...), I will return certainly!! Thank you very much!!

I stayed at the Hotel Igea in Brescia, a structure which, despite showing the need for renovation, deserves its four stars thanks to the services offered and the quality of the overall experience. Despite a context in need of renovation, the level of care and attention shown by the staff makes the stay pleasant and relaxing.
Welcome and hospitality:
The staff at reception and in the restaurant are empathetic, courteous and always available. This attention to the customer is a distinctive element that adds value to the experience, creating a familiar and professional atmosphere at the same time.
Kitchen and breakfast:
The catering service stands out for its simplicity and quality. The dishes are prepared by a competent chef, avoiding quick solutions such as reheated foods, and offer a variety that satisfies all palates. Breakfast is equally satisfying: a wide choice of sweet and savory, with scrambled eggs, cold cuts and cheeses, as well as coffee and cappuccino served on request and available via automatic dispenser. In my four days of stay, breakfast was always well assorted, regardless of the time.
Cleanliness and sustainability:
The cleanliness of the rooms is impeccable, reflecting well-defined operating procedures and attentive and caring staff. Even with dated furnishings and fabrics, the attention to detail is evident. As an EMAS and ISO 14001 certified environmental consultant in the tourism sector, I am pleased to note the first step towards sustainable management, such as the elimination of single doses for detergents in favor of reusable dispensers. With targeted interventions, this direction could further strengthen the hotel's image, improve operational efficiency and guarantee significant operational savings, attracting customers who are increasingly sensitive to sustainability.
Strategic position:
The hotel is in an ideal position for those who use public transport, allowing you to easily reach various points of interest. Any problems related to the safety of the area are to be attributed to the institutions and not to the management of the structure.
Value for money and prospects:
The quality-price ratio is excellent, thanks to a cohesive team that manages to offset the need for structural renovation with a high level of service. It is clear that, without the economic difficulties associated with the pandemic period, the property could have already invested in significant modernizations. Targeted interventions on fabrics, furnishings and systems, supported by a strategic plan and environmental certifications such as EMAS or ISO 14001, could further enhance the structure, making it a model of sustainable and quality hospitality.

I stayed in this hotel for four nights, excellent location, quiet and welcoming room with everything you need to have a pleasant stay, helpful and friendly reception staff, except for one who was slightly rude and unfriendly, but never mind, I hope he usually behaves in different way, because it would be a real shame to leave an unpleasant memory of the structure due to the fault of a person who should be at the customer's disposal and instead is completely different.

I stayed at this property for 4 nights and the experience was positive.
The receptionists were always courteous and helpful. The room was large, bright, clean and equipped with all comforts, however the furnishings and curtains needed updating.
The restaurant offers excellent dishes for lunch.
I recommend it especially for short business stays, as it is in a strategic position.

Excellent accommodation for those who want to stop in Brescia for a few nights. I found the internal restaurant very comfortable, with a good menu, excellent breakfast. Very close to the station, and to the bus stop for each direction.
