We spontaneously booked this hotel for around €80. It's okay for the night. The location is good. We didn't pay anything for the parking lot. The staff is very friendly.

A round of applause to the Receptionist Chantal for always being kind in solving the problems and needs of us customers... the Top Receptionist together with the girl of Urgheri nationality who I don't remember the name.... both very good

I chose this Hotel for its location and affordability. Despite the 4 stars the price is low and accessible to many. International buffet breakfast, full and good. At the reception, the staff are welcoming, smiling and have the rare ability to put the customer at ease right from the moment they arrive. At check-in I received an unsolicited but greatly appreciated room upgrade. Thank you, I have already started recommending you to friends and colleagues.

This is a great option of hotel to stay while in Brescia. It most important advantage is to be close (just across the street) to the train station and, just couple minutes by walk to the city center. Even though there are some wandering people and some drunk people around the station, what creates an environment of discomfort or “fear”, the location of the hotel is very great. When I arrived there was a misunderstanding with the cleaning of the room, so it was still unprepared (and even the cleaning staff opening card was inside the room). But it just took couple minutes to the staff organize everything. So, definitely, it was not a problem at all for me. In terms of the room, the AC works properly and is great, the bed is comfortable, the bathroom is big enough with lots of luminosity. However, if you plan to take a very hot bath, turn on the shower earlier because the hot water takes some time to “arrive”. Another great advantage of the room is the existence of a kettle (it should be in every hotel room!). For me, who likes to take several cups of coffee per day and night, was very useful. I just bought a powder coffee in the supermarket and was able to work and drink coffee in the room. I missed in the Sky cable TV some international channels (e.g. France 24 English, BBC, CNN) but the Italian ones were enough.

Very caring staff. Perfect location for one night. Rooms a little outdated but spacious, clean linen. We slept well!! THANKS. 😊
