I was there for an event. Welcoming, friendly and helpful staff, top bartenders, excellent selection of wines and cocktails, and a very good buffet.

I went for conference and the view was really good from room. The staff are really helpful and the breakfast was also really good. The location is the best among all.

The hotel is well located, a 10-minute walk from the centre and close to the station. The staff were always genuinely friendly and very helpful. Their customer focus is evident from the fact that the hotel has several subscriptions for the underground car park nearby and that we were allowed to use one of them, which was excellent service. My son is in an electric wheelchair and we were given an adapted room that was just spacious enough. The toilet in the room is adapted, but the adapted toilet on the ground floor, near the reception, is actually better adapted. So I used this one for my son. There are no complaints about cleanliness. In short, we were quite satisfied, especially considering the favourable price/quality ratio. We slept well; with the window closed, you don't hear too much noise from the station area (especially buses). Certain details reveal that the hotel is starting to show its age and could do with a facelift, such as the sanitary facilities and the décor of the rooms. However, this did not really affect our stay. The bar was always closed when we wanted to have a drink (e.g. on Sundays, later in the evening during the week, etc.). But I can't really mention any real downsides, especially considering the relatively affordable price for this region.

Located across from the train station, it's easy to get around the city. The concierge service was excellent and knowledgeable, and even more so kindly allowed us to keep our suitcase at the hotel after checkout. The room was a sore point: everything was very old and worn. The bathtub, walls, and curtains had holes or broken parts. Hygiene wasn't particularly good either, with the bed and floor having several stains. This aspect needs a major overhaul. See you next time.

We booked this hotel spontaneously for around €80. It's okay for one night. The location is good. We didn't pay for parking. The staff is very friendly. Update: We stayed at this hotel again. It was once again very affordable and the room was very good.

Convenient location for everything, historic center 3 minutes walk

Excellent hotel. I often stay here, even for my foreign clients yesterday. Very clean, including the restrooms. Excellent value for money, very good, and very interesting considering the touristic location of Brescia. Highly recommend it; you certainly won't regret it.

I stayed for a short period but it met my needs as I travel with 2 dogs. The staff was very thorough and the room had a small balcony where my adorable puppies could enjoy a space all to themselves.

The hotel boasts a 4-star rating, but it's not worth more than 3 (and I'm being generous). The property is located near the train station, making it convenient for public transportation but not for safety. The hotel has discounted parking in front of the station. Brescia is a city on a human scale, so the city center is about a 15-minute walk away. The staff is very friendly and professional. The international breakfast is plentiful and varied. The room furnishings are dated. There are no power outlets near the bed, just a lamp attached to the headboard. Cleanliness leaves much to be desired, both inside the room and in the common areas. The stairs are dirty, especially between the second and ground floors. The room carpet was dirty; the armchairs had torn fabric; and a white plastic plug under the sink kept us company for the entire stay (3 days!). Upon our arrival, we found two plates with dirty cutlery and a lot of garbage outside the room; these were removed at the end of the next day. I don't recommend it.
