I'm often a guest at this enchanting place. Surrounded by greenery, it's perhaps one of the few places in Basilicata where you're immersed in nature, yet at the same time enjoy the quality and professionalism of a big city. Top-notch food, top-notch pampering, and an exceptional pool. Icaro???? A guarantee.

30/09/2025: During a business dinner with friends, I had the pleasure of discovering a veritable kingdom of traditional Lucanian cuisine, guided with passion and skill by the great Maestro Rocco, the owner of the house and creator of dishes that express his homeland. An experience that successfully combined simplicity and authenticity, conveying unique and sincere emotions, hard to find elsewhere. The pastries were also excellent, completing a highly coherent gastronomic journey. Rating: 7. With respect and appreciation, Cav. Dr. Michele Cutro – Italian food and wine critic.

Pizzeria Trattoria del Ponticello

16/02/2026: A decent and affordable restaurant and pizzeria with a wide menu, perfect for families and groups with diverse tastes. It's not particularly convenient to get there.
20/11/2025: A very nice restaurant and pizzeria. A very interesting place on the gentle slope of the volcano near Melfi. Atmospheric interior with a fireplace. Very good food and friendly service. I recommend it.
