in attesa di andare ad uno spettacolo al porto antico di Genova e dopo aver girovagato nei dintorni alla ricerca di un posto per cenare, ci siamo fermati in questo ristorante a Sottoripa e scelta migliore non si poteva fare. Locale accogliente e pulito con personale molto gentile e piatti di pesce fresco ben cucinati. Prezzi buoni vista la qualità di quanto proposto. Da consigliare

09/03/2024: I would say overrated from many points of view. Rather dry, tired, almost rude staff. High prices for the type of offer, you pay more than anything else for the location and the fact that it is an old place. Cleanliness is the minimum wage. If you are just passing through.
08/03/2024: Perfect! One of the only places near centro storico open in the late afternoon for something to eat. The meatballs and mash were just right, enough structure and taste. Croque monsieur with goat's cheese was not too big, very tasty and warm and with a small side salad. Nice beer, wine and espresso. Friendly service and fair prices. Seating also inside and upstairs.

12/02/2024: We found the place by searching on Google and, despite the skepticism given by the area, we decided to try it. Very happy with the choice! The quality of the food was excellent as was the service. The waiter who served us welcomed us with warmth and delicacy without ever abandoning professionalism. He was able to advise us splendidly: in short, excellent cuisine made with great professionalism and great love. We had a house starter (consisting of numerous courses, all fresh and good), ravioli with scampi and monkfish; the dessert came directly from southern Italy and the homemade ammazzacaffè was kindly offered to us. The quality of the fish was excellent and everything was evidently fresh. Five well-deserved stars!
