Service was attentive. Food (people come here for steak) was decent. Maybe skip their desserts; we tried two and they were forgettable

This restaurant is just steps from Santa Maria Novella train station. The food is excellent and plentiful, and the waiters are friendly and always available. Highly recommended.

First of all, the staff were very kind from the moment I entered... It was the first time I felt Up10tion hospitality since coming to Italy When you first go, they ask you your nationality, and if you say you're Korean, they'll give you a Korean menu! The T-bone steak was the best without a doubt👍 Order the white beef ㅎㅎ I made a reservation through the The Fork app and got a 20% discount, so I ate at a very cheap price! Be sure to make a reservation ㅎㅎ

The food is tasteless. The service and atmosphere are great. The salad was tasteless, the steak too (the steak was not cooked on the fire, in my opinion). The waiters are great, they are pulling the situation out as best they can. Something needs to be done with the kitchen.

There are a lot of sheep and it's really delicious! They said there were a lot of Koreans, but I went to the 3rd branch right next to my accommodation and there were only foreigners so it was even better! The staff was really kind and recommended wine, so I had some cheap and delicious wine.
