Supposedly one of the top 101 steak restaurants in the world.
It's a lie, in the Rio de la Plata there are more than 100 restaurants, and they all beat this one :)
Italian food is very overrated, the meat from this place can be found in much better quality and flavor for less than a quarter of the price in my country.
The staff and atmosphere of the restaurant is very good.

First restaurant of our weekend here in Florence, I must say that the quality of the products and the service particularly surprised us.
The guys were able to advise us well, the atmosphere was very intimate and formal. Highly recommended we will be back.

This has been our best meal in Italy quite beyond everything else we have tried. It’s been absolutely fabulous. I will never forget my pasta with salsiccia, burrata and truffle, it was heaven really. The spaghetti carbonara were tasty, mild flavour and on the point.
As dolce we had tiramisu so fresh and nice (the best we have tried in our trip) and the pastry filled with cream.
The restaurant is lovely, I love the decoration and the atmosphere very charming to enjoy a dinner.
The service very attentive and professional, just to point that one of the waitresses was chewing a gum in a way not very polite.

Had to come back a 2nd nught its so good. At this location i tried The Swami. After seeing it on the rack at the other location next door. This place is more modern feel, and the steak didn't disappoint. The Swami florentine was amazing. Tender, flavorful, with alot more fat then I expected but it added to the overall flavor.
Highly recommend!

we stayed on November 23, 2024. The welcome was excellent, the welcoming and helpful room staff, Mr. Raffaele advised us and treated us impeccably. The meat was excellent and it was butter. I recommend trattoria from the innkeeper.

I had lunch at this restaurant for a business lunch.
An excellent choice of Tuscan and non-Tuscan dishes.
I ate a picio with Chianina and a sirloin with green sauce... truly excellent.
The wine list 🍷 is also very rich in wine choices for every budget.
Highly recommended!!!!
