Beautiful hotel with spacious rooms, lots of light and a homely atmosphere

Elegant family-run hotel, clean and refined. Excellent position. Friendly and helpful staff. Good cooking. A personal greeting to Simone of the staff who has the ability to welcome customers making them feel at ease among friends!!!

We spent three nights here and this hotel far exceeded our expectations. Our room was spacious and very nice. If I had one wish, it would have been for an outlet closer to the bed - but it's an older building and probably not reasonable to do. The staff was wonderful. Every single person we encountered was kind, welcoming and genuinely helpful. They arranged trips to Murano and a gondola ride for us. Wonderful! Easy and fairly priced. They also arranged chairs, umbrellas and towels at the beach. They were all amazing! We also used their laundry service. Once again, we appreciated the service and convenience. This service was a little more expensive, but worth it. Everything was returned to our room, clean, folded, pressed or hung. Well worth the expense. The location is beautiful, quiet, close to restaurants and shops and andva quick boat ride to anything else. I highly recommend this hotel!

I spent a weekend dedicated to relaxation, romance and art (biennial), staying in this magnificent location in the heart of the lido, between the sea and the lagoon. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Antonio and Claudia impeccable owners.

We stayed there for 5 days in late April 2024. I am very happy I chose this hotel and highly recommend it. Our experience was all positive. The service was very good. Our room was pretty neat and we had a balcony. The breakfast buffet was superb and included many items including cold cuts, and unlimited capoccino :-). It was in my opinion an outstanding advantage of staying in this hotel. The hotel location is a very quiet area beside the canal, 10 minute walk from Lido's main transportation station (Lido Santa Maria Elisabetta) which was always a pleasant walk along the water. In order to go to or come from anywhere in Venice including the airport, this is the station to go. We got Unica card, so even the distance between hotel and the station can be travelled by Lido bus, accessible with the card, which has a bus stop right in front of the hotel. It is also about 20 minutes walk to the sandy beach on the other side of Lido. If you look for a good hotel with reasonable price, a quiet area, and conveniently close enough to everywhere in Venice, consider this hotel.

Located in a splendid position overlooking the lagoon, this period villa with an enchanting and well-kept garden made my stay of just 2 days truly special. Exceptional staff. Clean room with a jewel of a terrace overlooking the garden surrounded by wisteria branches. Excellent breakfast with natural products! Close to the beach and public transport. Dinner in the garden with a top sunset!!

Spend two nights in this lovely hotel. Guest services excellent especially Martina. We had a room with balcony as we had an upgraded room. Beautiful bathroom and spacious room. Comfortable bed. Sitting on the bigger general terrace with seaview was great! I also enjoyed quality of the breakfasts. Last but not least we asked for advice on winehouses to visit and Giulio from reception called for advice his girlfriend who is sommelier. So really going above and beyond! Absolutely recommend this hotel!

Just a business visit but a beautiful hotel.

We once stayed in the hotel as a couple. Back then in the beautiful old building. Now with children we got an upgrade with 2 rooms. But then in the back of the house. Brown wall-high tiles in the bathroom and a hairdryer from a museum, the furniture is very old but still usable and in good shape for its age. Perfect for sleeping. During the day you are in the city or on the beach. Breakfast in a room that is far too small and a lot of things are always empty. There was never fruit and only pressed ham. Scrambled eggs didn't come even after 30 minutes. Unfortunately there were no parking spaces, so you had to look for something in the area yourself. Unfortunately this time it's not as special as it was back then. The reception was friendly. All the best to you in the future!
