Superlative menu, stunning location... and being able to talk to the chef... Priceless.

This experience was simply fantastic and unique, one that remains etched in my memory. From the first bite, I sensed the highest level of quality: each dish was a true expression of flavor, balanced, intense, and meticulously crafted, just as the chef loves to describe in his programs. Nothing was left to chance, from the excellent ingredients to the sophisticated pairings, always harmonious and surprising. The location is beautiful, meticulously maintained, and elegant, creating a special atmosphere that makes the experience even more engaging. The staff deserves special mention: attentive, precise, kind, and highly professional, always present but never intrusive, capable of guiding the diner on a true gastronomic journey. It's fair to say that this isn't a restaurant easily accessible to everyone: the prices are very high, but perfectly in line with the level of service, the quality of the ingredients, and the overall experience, which is truly superb. For me, it remains a once-in-a-lifetime experience. I sincerely hope I can do it again, at least once more, because some emotions deserve to be experienced more than once.

Everything was perfect, a real thrill. The menu has special flavors. You can only imagine how good it is if you try it. Excellent service. Beautiful, simple atmosphere. The only thing I think is that Chef Cannavacciulo should be there even just as a supervisor. I think a customer who goes there would also want to see him. Since he's a real phenomenon, going there and not finding him seems like he's almost never there. From what they say on the phone, the secretaries can't even tell you when he might be there. It makes it clear that he's almost never there. For the 3 stars and what you pay, I would have liked to see him there even just passing by. Otherwise, it's worth it.

It was a wonderful birthday. We were happy to find such a young and friendly staff. The culinary experience was wonderful, but there was no doubt about it. "Itinerario" was a wonderful journey of flavors. And thanks to the Chef for his availability. See you soon.

We had dinner and I would simply say "Wonderful"

While dinner is absolutely worth the price, the room, and especially the hotel amenities, are not. If I pay €1200 for a room, the hotel should at least have a spa and an indoor pool, a hot tub in the room, etc., so dinner is fine, but accommodation is not. The staff is extremely kind and helpful.
