Hotel located a few minutes from the Brugnato toll booth, all the rooms have names of painters! Spacious and very comfortable, clean and located in a beautiful garden where you can enjoy a pleasant tranquility! The only downside was dinner, poor choice of menu! Very friendly and kind staff!

Hotel in a perfect location to visit the 5 lands by motorbike. It also has a shed, where you can keep your motorbikes covered. Very clean room and bathroom. Abundant and quality breakfast. Excellent service and Loredana (the owner) is a welcoming person. She gave us all the information we needed. Excellent for a 3 star. Pleasant stay.

I just spent 4 days with my group of bikers on a tour of the Apuan Alps and we were all more than satisfied. The first quality that cannot be taken for granted is the courtesy and kindness of the staff, always very helpful on every occasion, and then, surprisingly, the abundant, good and well-prepared dishes. Bulk wine served in abundance and of quality. The top was reached with the best grilled meat I have ever eaten due to the high quality of the meat. Recommended and definitely coming back. Congratulations to Loredana and her staff.

Loredana is an excellent hostess always ready to satisfy your customer's needs. Excellent, home-made cuisine, abundant sweet and savory breakfast. Comfortable rooms, clean, large bathroom. Excellent cleaning. Thank you, great welcome.

Very nice structure, clean, family welcome, plentiful and really excellent food, the owner Loredana is really helpful and attentive to the needs of the customers, we will certainly return given the excellent location, close to the motorway, in the 5 lands, between Liguria Emilia and Tuscany, I would add the last important fact for us motorcyclists, the motorbikes covered under a canopy, sheltered from the rain.

A small, simple and charming hotel 2 minutes from the motorway and ideally located on the road to Tuscany or for visiting the Cinque Terres The welcome from Loredana, who speaks French fluently, is top notch. Delicious breakfast (€9) and possibility of half-board dinner (starter, main course, dessert for €20) The rooms are simple but comfortable and well equipped. Wifi Ok Very clean! Bedding OK

11/06/2025: I stopped by for an aperitif and was really satisfied! Well-prepared drinks and abundant, quality appetizers. All served in a beautiful, well-kept garden, ideal for relaxing outdoors on nice days. The atmosphere is quiet and welcoming, the staff is always smiling and helpful. A perfect spot in Castiglione Vara to enjoy an aperitif in company. Highly recommended!

03/08/2025: Definitely a beautiful location! Getting there isn't easy, and the road isn't in good condition; you can't get there with a particularly low-slung car. The rooms are nice, but you can hear EVERYTHING the other guests say/do (you can imagine), so I slept poorly and for a short time. There's no bidet, the bathroom cabinet is broken, there's no TV, and you can't really have a dark room to sleep in because there's only a curtain, and obviously all the light gets in at 5 in the morning. Breakfast wasn't great; the food wasn't fresh, and it seemed a bit old (I'm talking about the cakes or baked goods).
13/07/2025: Top of the line! A splendid farmhouse, with wonderful people... both Corado and Mrs. Claudia are very, very generous! We will definitely be back.
