Found it by chance for a business trip. The rooms are average, but the restaurant, service, friendliness, and price can be summed up in one word: SPECTACULAR. My heartfelt congratulations.

We were guests at the restaurant for a graduation party. A family-friendly atmosphere. A seafood dinner, all the dishes were top-quality, starting with the appetizers. Friendly staff and excellent service. 👏👏

For years, we've often passed the Hotel and Restaurant La Terrazza on summer vacations in Porto Potenza Picena, wondering what the hotel and restaurant were like. Yesterday, back in Porto Potenza for a date, we decided to stay for a night with breakfast included. Dinner, of course, was at the hotel restaurant. We chose seafood chitarrine, mixed fried fish, mussels sauté, and dessert. It's a shame we couldn't stay longer to try the other dishes on the menu. What we tasted, savored, and enjoyed hinted at something excellent. Authentic flavors, generous portions, and...a warm welcome. Celestino, the owner, slowly reveals his warmth. Breakfast was basic, probably different from what's served during the summer season for the few guests in attendance. In conclusion, I recommend both the restaurant and the hotel: although a little dated, it is equipped with all comforts, including air conditioning in the rooms, which, in these recent times of rising temperatures, is a must.

We only tried the restaurant, returning after many years, haunted by the memory of a small but clean and welcoming environment with very kind and well-trained staff and excellent food; this time too, what I remembered was confirmed: an excellent restaurant with excellent staff.

A fantastic culinary experience; we ate simple yet refined dishes. The first courses, with homemade pasta, were excellent. Compliments for the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff and the owner. We will definitely be back.

We can only say great things about this hotel! The rooms, though a little dated in style, offer all the necessary comforts: air conditioning, refrigerator, hairdryer, and much more. Towels are changed daily, and sheets almost as often—an attention that is far from guaranteed these days. The cuisine, included in the board, is simply delicious: every meal was a pleasure, always fresh and plentiful. Mrs. Dayse and her son Giuseppe made us feel pampered, attentive to our every need with kindness and sincere smiles. The location is perfect: just 100 meters from the clean and quiet sea, with plenty of free beach and a few beach clubs. And if you want to explore, the famous Conero beaches are about a 20-minute drive away. A special thanks goes to the owner, Celestino, who with his expertise and hospitality made us feel right at home. In short, you don't just stay here... you live a family experience. Well done!

The hotel's location near the beach is excellent, although the beach could be a little better organized with regards to changing rooms and showers. This isn't a problem for the hotel, but it has a negative impact, especially for longer stays. The welcome and cleanliness of the rooms and the rest of the hotel are perfect. The restaurant exceeds expectations. All the staff are helpful and friendly, from the front desk to the restaurant. However, special praise goes to Dayze and his son, Giuseppe Bufalari.

I can't describe the hotel, but I can describe its restaurant, which specializes in seafood. The appetizers are innovative, the first and second courses classic. The dishes are tasty and carefully prepared. The restaurant is a bit retro, but tidy. The staff is professional and welcoming.
