Ristorante hotel Gran paradiso In Valsavarenche

We stayed three days in this hotel. We didn't miss anything. Excellent food both at lunch with self service and in the evening with a choice of different course menus. Ample parking for guests and passers-by. Adjacent cross-country ski trail. Pedestrian path beaten by snowmobiles. Animals (dogs) allowed in the rooms. Attention: they cannot wander in the park or in the common areas. However, a short walk along the stream can be done!! Recommended wine from the Aosta Valley. Friendly staff. Excellent rooms and general cleanliness. Animals seen, fox, ibex, chamois and with a bit of.. ermine! Visit period is the first of the year. The hotel is not very crowded and you can enjoy all the tranquility necessary to recharge your batteries. Thank you for your hospitality and I will be back!

High mountain hotel with restaurant (1960 meters above sea level) which I have been frequenting with my wife for a few years. It is located in the heart of the Gran Paradiso National Park. There the regional road from the Aosta valley ends in an alpine plateau surrounded by mountains of extraordinary beauty with the notable advantage that there are no ski lifts. In winter you can go cross-country skiing. The hotel is equipped with all comforts in the room. Quality morning breakfast, self-service at lunch, also available to non-hotel guests, dinner in a large, bright room. Adjacent there is a large unattended car park. We had a great time and will certainly return. We usually go in summer but this year also in the middle of winter: wonderful experience! Excursions of various levels: from pleasant and comfortable walks, to high altitude climbs on the easy but more challenging and well-marked paths, up to the climb to the summit of Gran Paradiso, preferably with an expert guide. Foxes, chamois, ibex, marmots and other animals in their natural state will keep you company (if you consider yourself at home).

We were looking for a mountain location where we could totally immerse ourselves in nature. Hotel bordering a campsite with which there is excellent sharing of spaces. If you are looking for peace and tranquility you are in the right place.

I was only able to get to know the cuisine... Truly excellent with speed and simplicity in the dishes, but with unique flavours.. Greetings from Isola del Liri

Guests for just one night (alas) with bed and breakfast treatment.. Very nice 3-star hotel equipped with everything you need. Clean and welcoming rooms, hospitable and helpful owners.. Excellent restaurant where we had a 4-course dinner of excellent quality and a plentiful breakfast with local products and homemade desserts... Highly recommended
