Review for lunch only:
The dishes were excellent, both the polenta with sausage and the fillet cooked in wine. The side fries were questionable, but we didn't order them; otherwise, we would have asked for a salad.
Prices were normal and affordable.
Huge portions.
Excellent service: kindness, precision, and speed.

We only used the cafe and had cappuccino and espresso. The food was delicious, and the staff was polite and friendly. We don't have any comments about the hotel's services.

An excellent experience in every season. We've returned to this hotel twice, and each time is a pleasure. In winter, it's perfect for cross-country skiing: absolute tranquility, breathtaking scenery, and a relaxing atmosphere. In summer, it's equally beautiful, although a bit busier due to the nearby campsite.
The half-board option is excellent value: a delicious dinner with well-prepared dishes, a generous breakfast. The staff is always friendly and helpful, and the rooms are spotless.
The view of Gran Paradiso is spectacular, especially at sunrise and sunset. Ideal as a starting point for excursions and trekking.
Highly recommended for those seeking tranquility, nature, and authentic hospitality.

Amazing hotel!
We stayed 3 nights, and everything was perfect. The room really spacious, clean and nice, with an incredible view towards the valley and mountains. The food was delicious with 3 course dinner menu. Plenty of options for breakfast, very good coffee.

During our visit to the Albergo Gran Paradiso, my partner went to order two beers. Unfortunately, the waiter started serving them without even asking what type of beer we wanted. This lack of attention and consideration towards the customer seemed somewhat disrespectful to us. A little more listening would have been appreciated.
