Excellently well-run hotel. The rooms are very clean and charmingly furnished. The cuisine is exquisite, and the staff is highly trained. Extremely friendly, competent, and helpful. We will definitely choose this hotel again. If you enjoy good food (fine dining), you should check in here (with half board).

01/01/2025: We had lunch in this restaurant by chance. Very good discovery, the restaurant is very nice, the staff are very warm and professional. The menu offers simple dishes of great taste quality. Beautiful view of the canal with a small terrace above the water.
01/01/2025: We stopped at Sina Centurion for an afternoon coffee during our day in Venice. Having visited many 5-star hotel cafes and lounges around the world, this one unfortunately fell short of expectations. Considering the price, I anticipated a more welcoming and approachable atmosphere. However, the service felt somewhat snobbish, and the coffee was average at best. The only redeeming factor was the beautiful space itself.

HOSTARIA VECIO BIAVAROL

02/06/2025: We really enjoyed Il Vecio Biavarol during this Venetian holiday. The owners were very kind and helpful! The place is small, with a nice terrace overlooking the canal. We appreciated the small size of the place, because we were well looked after in the selection of wines and cicchetti. I'm not a fan of natural wines, but they still let me taste their proposals so I could choose better! The cicchetti are delicious and prepared at the moment! The slice of hot polenta with creamed cod is also delicious! Recommended place
25/05/2025: What can I say, extremely friendly environment. Great food and drink; I suggest listening to the owner if he suggests a wine or something else.
