One of the best experiences I’ve had. Very pretty views and peaceful environments. Unexpectedly, the food was amazing, eaten the snitzel dish 3 days in a row. Mounaim was the best, very kind and helped us with evertything, even some special requests.
Would recommend anytime and will for sure come back.

We stayed at the Cristallo Hotel for one night and everything was perfect. The room is beautiful, spacious and spotlessly clean with a superb view of the mountains. We ate at the hotel restaurant the evening of our arrival and it was excellent, top-notch service. The breakfast was very good too. I wish we could have stayed longer to try the wellness access which was unfortunately only accessible between 3 p.m. and 7 p.m. on the day of our departure. I highly recommend this hotel which deserves its 3 stars ✨

The rooms are nice and very clean. Everything you need is there. The location is a bit out of the way, so if you don't necessarily want to eat at the hotel, you'll have to drive to Castelrotto or Siusi, or walk a bit longer. There are a few parking spaces, but overall they're quite tight, so you should be able to judge the dimensions and turning circle of your vehicle.
The breakfast is really good. All the hotel staff are very friendly and helpful.
We can't say much about the bistro, but the offerings are a bit smaller compared to the past (we noticed this because they no longer serve pizza). The bistro seemed relatively quiet.

We were given a room overlooking the meadow and forests, with beautiful views. The buffet breakfast was excellent and everything was top-quality. The hotel is close to the village and within walking distance. It has a small spa. All you can hear are the birds. 100% recommended.

The Hotel Cristallo is a small and quiet hotel where you can relax very well. The room was clean, bright and friendly. There was no car noise at night.
The breakfast left nothing to be desired, the buffet was regularly replenished, or you could ask the extremely friendly staff.
What was praiseworthy was the flexibility on the day of arrival, when we were allowed to go into the room from 9:30 a.m. and have breakfast beforehand without registering.
The bus stop can be reached within a maximum of 5 minutes on foot, making the hotel a wonderful starting point for activities in the surrounding area, even without a vehicle.
The Hotel Cristallo is absolutely and fully recommended if you want a quiet and relaxing holiday.
