A very welcoming, original, and well-kept atmosphere. Excellent, very friendly service, anticipating every request. Fabulous bread. The food overall is truly excellent. And what can I say about the view? I'm running out of adjectives. Truly a wonderful discovery.

We ordered an off-menu first course, passatelli with arugula and guanciale. Delicious and very unique. The tagliata and rabbit were excellent. You could taste the quality of the ingredients, and the pairings were original yet harmonious. For dessert, the tiramisu made with Romagna ciambella (a type of ring-shaped cake) instead of the traditional ladyfingers, and a fried custard with a berry sauce was simply divine. You could taste the lemon zest, and the breadcrumbs had just the right consistency. The service was impeccable. The wines were carefully explained. The waiters were knowledgeable, smiling, and kind. The place was quiet and cool. The price was a bit high, but very fair for the quality.

This completely renovated restaurant, meticulously maintained down to the smallest detail, boasts a wonderful atmosphere and a splendid view. Among the dishes I particularly enjoyed were the top-quality tartare and the tagliolini alla Sigfrido. The staff was very friendly, and the prices are average for the quality of the meat and the service provided.

The renovation left me speechless; an exceptional job was done. The ambiance is elegant yet understated, with attention to detail, and the view is always beautiful. The menu is very interesting. The staff is courteous and attentive. I would gladly return. Recommended!

Sublime dinner with intense flavours that bring me back to distant memories of the Romagna tradition. We will definitely be back.

Everything has been renovated, from the venue to the menu, to the overall atmosphere. Beautiful. Excellent food quality, very friendly staff. The place is truly worth a visit because the renovations have finally done it justice. The wine list is extensive. The meat is top-notch.

Beautiful to eat outside with a view of the hills and panoramas. The interior is also well-kept and beautiful. Pool for a few people. Well-prepared dishes, with quality products. Medium-high prices.

Dopo diversi mesi dalla riapertura siamo tornati a rivedere uno dei nostri posti preferiti e rimaniamo colpiti della magnifica ristrutturazione operata . E’ rimasto l’impianto originario con travi di legno e pavimenti originali , ma tutto il resto nuovo ed elegante , con un esterno bellissimo . I piatti sono quelli della cucina romagnola ma e soprattutto la carne che è la primadonna del menu . A chi piace la carne alla griglia ha scelta e qualità ottima . Servizio veloce preciso e di classe, molto bravi . Prezzo adeguato per la carne , nella media quello degli altri piatti . Bellissimo il prato all’inglese che scende fino alla piscina .

Ci siamo recati in questo ristorante in occasione di un viaggio a Castrocaro su indicazione di un amico. Il locale si trova sulle alture e domina tutta la valle, posto ben curato ogni cosa al suo posto, ampio parcheggio e ben identificabile. All’interno il locale è molto grande il personale molto accogliente e ben preparato, mise an piace minimal, Abbiamo iniziato degustando una tartare ottima, ed un tagliere di ottimi salumi tutti rigorosamente di loro produzione, qui il km 0 è di casa. Successivamente abbiamo ordinato un brasato di guanciale cotto alla perfezione accompagnato da purè e una tagliata di waygu con carciofi grigliati, una porzione di patate al forno abbondante . Per finire un dessert con pistacchio buono ma che immaginavamo differente, forse meglio un tiramisù. Carta dei vini molto ampia ma che mette in evidenza i vini locali e regionali , noi abbiamo optato per un Vino della zona rigorosamente al bicchiere molto buono, servito e descritto dalla sommelier. Insomma un bel posto dove potersi gustare oltre agli ottimi piatti anche un bel panorama.
