Beautiful location for this old place recently renovated and with new management located in the hills just above Predappio. Beautiful both the outdoor especially in summer to enjoy the coolness of the hills and the interior with rustic but very well-kept and welcoming furnishings. The structure also has its own cattle breeding especially Aberdeen breed of which they are specialists. Obviously the must of this place is the meat but not only beef since they also offer rabbit, guinea fowl for those who are perhaps not lovers of red meat. In addition to meat you will also find on the menu the classics of the Romagna tradition proposed in a high quality key. Cold cuts, cheeses, piadina, spoia lorda ... nothing is missing, not even in the desserts. Very complete wine list with a particular eye on local wines as it should be. Beautiful location with a view of Forlì, swimming pool, tranquility and impeccable service. The quality is excellent even though I personally don't particularly like eating meat but the starters and first courses are very good, in addition to the desserts obviously.

Truly beautiful place, in an area of ​​Forli that I love very much, impeccable service really, beautiful location, warm, with a splendid atmosphere! I only give 3 stars for a discussion of the prices of the very high quality organic meats, for a normal meal for 2 people we chose 1 kg of this top meat, calculating that only the bone I think weighed quite a bit, paying 114 euros only for meat in my opinion is madness, even though the quality is high. To sum up: an appetizer for 2, high quality organic meat raised in the wild km 0 (1 kg bone included obviously), a bottle of local Sangiovese for 20 euros, 2 desserts, 2 coffees, for a total of €175! helpeeeeee

Ci siamo recati in questo ristorante in occasione di un viaggio a Castrocaro su indicazione di un amico. Il locale si trova sulle alture e domina tutta la valle, posto ben curato ogni cosa al suo posto, ampio parcheggio e ben identificabile. All’interno il locale è molto grande il personale molto accogliente e ben preparato, mise an piace minimal, Abbiamo iniziato degustando una tartare ottima, ed un tagliere di ottimi salumi tutti rigorosamente di loro produzione, qui il km 0 è di casa. Successivamente abbiamo ordinato un brasato di guanciale cotto alla perfezione accompagnato da purè e una tagliata di waygu con carciofi grigliati, una porzione di patate al forno abbondante . Per finire un dessert con pistacchio buono ma che immaginavamo differente, forse meglio un tiramisù. Carta dei vini molto ampia ma che mette in evidenza i vini locali e regionali , noi abbiamo optato per un Vino della zona rigorosamente al bicchiere molto buono, servito e descritto dalla sommelier. Insomma un bel posto dove potersi gustare oltre agli ottimi piatti anche un bel panorama.

Ieri per Cena 25 01 2025 ! Per noi primissima contatto; Siamo in 6 ci aspettavamo un Locale di buona qualità ma non a questo livello di bellezza e portate; appena si arriva anche solo dall'entrata e dal parcheggio fa capire molto di quello che c'è da aspettarsi dalla serata; Per noi 2 portate a testa + 1 Dessert a testa + 3 bottiglie di buon vino ! ..da 1 carta piuttosto interessante ed ampia..per tutte le tasche; Servizio gentile...ambienti molto piacevoli e caldi carne primi e Dessert di qualità; Io per secondo un fuori menù, il brasato con purè, una bomba! Ho dimenticato...il grande fuoco acceso all'esterno di fronte all'entrata da solo vale il viaggio...e la serata era nebbiosa e non certamente delle migliori anche per goderne al meglio; Siamo rimasti stra- felici di tutto e torneremo quanto prima ; La spesa ? In 6 totale 430€ !!..e ripeto solo di vino c'erano circa 110€ !!! Secondo noi ci sta assolutamente come costo; A presto Renato ed Elena
