Small restaurant in the historic center of Sciacca. Excellent service, coordinated by the owner and excellent cuisine. A little high count which, in my opinion, is affected by the mention on the red guide note. Absolutely worth trying.

A small restaurant in the center of historic Sciacca, adjacent to the main square. Pleasant, quiet, excellent and refined Sicilian and innovative cuisine. Very friendly, helpful and professional staff. Few tables, very nice menu and excellent choice of wines. 5 stars!

We had lunch with friends a month ago in this restaurant. After a little difficulty in finding it we had the pleasure of an excellent lunch. The sardine soup/soup alone is worth the trip. Amazing. Excellent service.

Atratti dall'annoverazione nella guida Michelin negli ultimi due anni entriamo in questi piccolo locale, molto bene tenuto e con una vetrina che consente di sbirciare nell'operato dei cuochi. Peccato che la cappa in acciaio presenta nel bordo con le mattonelle un'ombra scura, che potrebbe far pensare a qualche trascuratezza nelle pulizie. Gli antipasti di crudo, non conferiscono quel gusto delicato con sentore di mare, tipico dei crudi freschi, che invece si è apprezzata con la triglia sul letto di purea di melanzane, primi poco soddisfacenti. Buono solo il dolce alla zucchetta portato troppo bollente, effetto microonde

Varie persone mi avevano consigliato questo ristorante che in realtà pensavo più tipico; in realtà è un piccolo ristorante elegante nel centro di Sciacca con un menù impostato su degustazione.noi abbiamo mangiaTo alla carta. Il piatto di crudo e da applausi: carpaccio di calamaro gamberi freschissimi e soprattutto carpacci molto ben marinate con salse adeguate in accompagnamento.un po’ meno riusciti i primi tutti caratterizzati da buone materie prime e da buona cottura ma i vari ingredienti sono mal amalgamati o per meglio dire tendono a coprire i sapori gli UNI degli altri. ottima carta dei vini con anche alcune bottiglie particolari a prezzi abbordabili.servizio impeccabile ed elegante.conto adeguato al contesto.
