Among the all-you-can-eat restaurants, this place is very nice and offers a great variety of all types of sushi. The staff is very kind, attentive, and helpful. The first and second courses are very good and well-prepared.

Impeccable service, fast, friendly, and helpful. I've been going to Hokkaido in Frascati since it opened, both dine-in and takeout. Nothing to complain about, and the quality of the sushi and sashimi is excellent. Their rainbow, California, and mango rolls are exceptional! Highly recommended!!!

the place is very nice, with various themed rooms. The staff is very helpful and kind, but the menu is not very varied. The quality is good, but there are not many choices even if the price is actually low.

09/07/2025: Very nice restaurant, with a small dining room, but I personally prefer it to the huge dining rooms often found at all-you-can-eat sushi restaurants. The lady serving the tables is very kind, quick with service, and always polite, never intrusive or rude. We've been several times, always for lunch, and I've found the dishes to be very good, the fish fresh, and the portions well-balanced. I've read that some people complain that the rolls sometimes fall apart; I think it happened to me with a couple of rolls at most, but it never affected the taste of anything I've eaten. We'll definitely be back because we've truly enjoyed our meal every time.

15/03/2025: Excellent quality of food (exceptional ramen). Definitely worth trying as the best alternative to the usual "all you can eat". Excellent price/quality ratio
