Five stars are absolutely not enough to evaluate the evocative beauty of the location, a clean, private environment, cared for with extreme attention to the smallest details and particulars, an almost surreal atmosphere. Dishes made using the highest quality raw materials with combinations of ingredients with spectacular results. A true journey into a harmony of exaltation of tastes and flavours. Every dish tasted proved to be nothing short of exquisite and expertly prepared by the Chef; among other things, a very kind, refined, discreet person who is very attentive to the wishes and needs of the customer and with him the rest of his staff.
It is not the first time at Hedò and although time has passed between one visit and another, the quality, kindness and offer of excellent dishes "always innovative based on the time of year" have never changed.
Highly recommended.
I add, the only restaurant I have found of a very high and cutting-edge level for what is the standard of clearly inferior regional proposals.

After the Christmas lunch, which left us satisfied with the goodness and creativity of the dishes, we returned to try the pizza.
Light dough, full of excellent ingredients, in one word "excellent". I highly recommend it. Nice owners and always attentive to the customer. Relaxing environment.

Cenare presso Hedó è un'esperienza culinaria che consiglio assolutamente. La qualità della materia prima è semplicemente eccellente: ogni ingrediente, dal più semplice al più ricercato, sembra scelto con cura maniacale. Il menù propone tutti piatti con accostamenti innovativi che sorprendono il palato e mantenendo un equilibrio perfetto tra sapori (es. risotto cacio e pepe al nero nero di seppia, tagliolini al nero di seppia con bottarga di tonno fatta dallo chef, fiori di zucca e granella di pistacchio).
Le cotture sono precise, le consistenze armoniose e ogni portata è un'esplosione di sapori. Si percepisce chiaramente la passione dello chef che, oltre ad essere bravissimo, è anche estremamente gentile e attento con i clienti, pronto a spiegare con entusiasmo la filosofia che c'è dietro ogni piatto.

Stasera con amici abbiamo passato una bellissima serata da hedo’ , abbiamo iniziato con degli Assago di mare , ottimi gli abbinanti ,consiglio L’involtino di pesce spada che è ottimo veramente , un consiglio ,la linguina al mango piatto stratosferico , se siete in zona pizzo calabro andate
