I've been to Hedò in Pizzo and can't recommend it highly enough! The fish is incredibly fresh and impeccably cooked, every dish is a true delight. The open kitchen is spectacular, immediately conveying the transparency and passion they put into it.
The owner is incredibly friendly and makes you feel at home, while the waiters are incredibly professional and attentive. The wine selection is also excellent, perfect for pairing with the dishes.
The location is beautiful, well-kept, and welcoming, and the prices are truly fair for the quality offered.
In short, it's one of those experiences that stays with you forever and makes you want to return as soon as possible. Hedò is a must-try in Pizzo!

Excellent dinner for two, romantic and relaxing.
We had a mixed appetizer with several courses, exceptional, and generous portions.
A spaghetti dish and a yellowtail so delicate it melted in the mouth. All accompanied by a very sweet rosé wine.
The semifreddo prepared by the owner, the chef's wife, was excellent!
The atmosphere was tranquil, with soft background music.

A truly delightful experience! Accompanied by a dear and trusted friend who recommended this restaurant, I was able to experience the very kind and attentive service, and the authentic quality of the dishes, enhanced by the careful combination of spices and fresh ingredients. Mi sono fermato per caso a pranzo . Devo dire una piacevolissima sorpresa. Intanto in accoglienza top , l’ovale pulito è molto bello , ma la cosa più sorprendente è una cucina fantasiosa , particolare dove riesci a degustare cibi a base di pesce curati nei minimi particolari e molto fantasiosi , a chi piacciono gli agrumi qui si possono mangiare piatti favolosi . Il cliente viene veramente coccolato in tutti i sensi dall’educazione del personale di sala e dallo chef che si accerta che i piatti siano di tuo gradimento . Piatti gustosi e presentati benissimo.
