I went to this restaurant with my girlfriend and we were both super satisfied! The tuna tartare was spectacular: very fresh, it melted in your mouth. Pasta with prawns? Lots of stuff! And also the octopus really tasty and fresh. Very high quality and careful presentation. Friendly and present staff. An experience to repeat, congratulations!

Mi sono fermato per caso a pranzo . Devo dire una piacevolissima sorpresa. Intanto in accoglienza top , l’ovale pulito è molto bello , ma la cosa più sorprendente è una cucina fantasiosa , particolare dove riesci a degustare cibi a base di pesce curati nei minimi particolari e molto fantasiosi , a chi piacciono gli agrumi qui si possono mangiare piatti favolosi . Il cliente viene veramente coccolato in tutti i sensi dall’educazione del personale di sala e dallo chef che si accerta che i piatti siano di tuo gradimento . Piatti gustosi e presentati benissimo.

Perfect restaurant, excellent quality fish, both the frozen bit which is of the highest quality, and the fresh which is stratospheric. Menu always renewed by the wonderful imagination of the chef and dishes of the day always superlative. His cuisine is truly of a high standard and amazes every time with new dishes with fantastic flavours

Five stars are absolutely not enough to evaluate the evocative beauty of the location, a clean, private environment, cared for with extreme attention to the smallest details and particulars, an almost surreal atmosphere. Dishes made using the highest quality raw materials with combinations of ingredients with spectacular results. A true journey into a harmony of exaltation of tastes and flavours. Every dish tasted proved to be nothing short of exquisite and expertly prepared by the Chef; among other things, a very kind, refined, discreet person who is very attentive to the wishes and needs of the customer and with him the rest of his staff.
It is not the first time at Hedò and although time has passed between one visit and another, the quality, kindness and offer of excellent dishes "always innovative based on the time of year" have never changed.
Highly recommended.
I add, the only restaurant I have found of a very high and cutting-edge level for what is the standard of clearly inferior regional proposals.
