I visited him for work during Milan Design Week 2025. I couldn't believe that I could enjoy such an authentic kaiseki meal in Milan, and I was so impressed by how delicious it was. We also tried the Japanese sake, and it was all delicious and crowded with many customers. It is also a shop that you should definitely stop by when you visit Milan.

Top Japanese cuisine experience! The best in Milan

There were 3 of us for dinner for the 4-course Kaiseki experience. The evening was perfect: -Ambience: contemporary, but true, authentic Japanese style -Excellent, impeccable service, from the boy who welcomed us, to the chef who came by to serve the rice. Courteous, kind, attentive, helpful, prepared to explain each dish -Food: surprising flavours, new ingredients, high quality raw materials, correct portions. After the 4 courses, you could already feel full. They offered us an encore of rice, we added a dessert and we really were fine. It is very interesting to taste high quality Italian ingredients, prepared with Japanese techniques. Exceptional. -Cost: absolutely normal, in Milan, for a high-level experience. We decided to return to the menu change, which follows the seasons, and to move on to the 7 courses, to enjoy the complete experience!

Full immersion nell'alta cucina Giapponese; estrema cura in tutti i dettagli, alta cucina e gentilezza Nipponica.......il cameriere Cristian e' gentilissimo. Preparatevi a un pranzo che dura di non meno di due ore...... Fortemente raccomandato

la mia è stata un'esperienza negativa. imputo la cosa alla disorganizzazione a sua volta figlia di problemi di lingua. non ci si è capiti già a telefono e neanche per il resto del convivio, ma ciononostante sono contento di aver conosciuto lo chef, il suo aiutante e la sua cucina. nei pochi e striminziti piatti - molti dei quali strappati al frigorifero - ho ritrovato grande padronanza tecnica, alta qualità delle materie prime e un'identità ispirata alla semplicità ed alla tradizione, familiare innanzitutto. mi ha colpito l'assenza di conservanti e la ben nota ospitalità nipponica: tanti sorrisi, massima riverenza e professionalità. locale un po' freddo, ma pulito. suggerisco di prenotare e chiarire bene il percorso perché a quanto sentivo arrivare dal tavolo a fianco, l'esperienza programmata è tutt'altra cosa. a presto!
