One of the first sushi places to open here in the city, quite spacious with a simple, linear, and above all clean design. It enjoys an excellent location just outside the city center, where parking is also easy. The staff is courteous, attentive, and very fast, even when the place is crowded. Everything is delicious, from the raw, cooked, fried, and seared. Excellent value for money.

I had dinner at this sushi place even though I've been here several times before. It wasn't disappointing! The staff are very polite and attentive to any kind of contamination, even for celiacs. I'll definitely be back ❤️

06/01/2026: The pasta was delicious and made to order. The tiramisu and coffee liqueur were excellent. The service from Siam and Riccardo was very friendly and welcoming... We'll be back!
18/12/2025: Being in Palermo for work, I discovered this place right away, being a pasta lover and frequenting it every evening. The menu features a wide selection of fresh pasta (including tortellini and ravioli). The ingredients are high-quality, and you can also choose from whole wheat pasta shapes. The menu is varied, offering classic Sicilian, Roman, and Italian first courses. The staff was wonderful, ensuring I never lacked anything, especially Riccardo and Siam, who made me feel right at home. The quality and service were impeccable. If I ever return to Palermo, I'll definitely be back for a nice plate of pasta.

24/01/2026: A lovely and satisfying dinner. I came here with my wife and her best friend, along with her husband and their three children. I must say the wait staff was kind enough to find us a nice table right away. We all ate well; the ingredients were good and tastefully prepared. I had a Scottona burger sandwich, with pistachio cream, buffalo mozzarella, lettuce, and tomato. This sandwich was a delight. Delicious!!! We paid a fair price. The woman who took our order was also great. She was friendly, smiling, and knowledgeable. After such a wonderful dinner, we'll definitely be back. Thanks again to all the staff. Mauro & Veronica.
