The hotel is well located at the beginning of the pass road, and our room on the upper floor at the back was pleasantly quiet. We weren't satisfied with the service: it took several requests before someone took care of warming up the room, and especially the bathroom. We found it unspeakable that our credit card details and all our ID cards, including all signatures, were stored in the hotel's system, giving us no recourse against unauthorized charges. We were unable to obtain any insight from the staff. We won't book this hotel again.

We stayed in nine hotels in a row, so I have plenty to compare them to, and this was one of my favorites from my vacation!! The room was super nice with a lovely view, the welcome was warm, and the staff friendly. The bed was great; I had the best night of my entire vacation! That's saying something. The room was quiet, no noise from the neighbors. Nice breakfast.

A week-long family vacation in August, everything was wonderful. It's strange to read some of the reviews: of course, everyone has different expectations, but sometimes they can be surreal. The hotel is the benchmark for the small village. Large room for four with a king-size double bed, two singles, beautiful bathroom with a large shower. Rooms were meticulously cleaned every day, and the reception staff were very friendly. A small, convenient supermarket is nearby. Breakfast was decent, perhaps a little space could be reorganized, but that's about it. Booked through Booking.com, excellent experience. 🤩
