Ristorante Greco Akropolis In Roma

Very good food, characteristic. Highly recommended. Very friendly staff.

Unlike the original in Athens, you have to look for the Roman Acropolis, as there are no restaurant signs or even signs to guide you to this gem. So look for the house number or orient yourself based on the police station, which is located right in front). You can sit outside (just under 20 seats) or inside, on the ground floor and in the basement of the restaurant, and the wonderful Greek music immediately gives the holiday feeling. The service is extremely attentive and friendly and the menu of Greek specialties, including the price level, is what you would expect from such an establishment. My “Acropolis mixed plate” was delicious and left nothing to be desired. All in all, highly recommended. I would be very happy to return! (P.S. Unfortunately my bicycle was stolen while I was eating there, even though I had parked it right next to the police station, tightly locked. So be careful!)

Characteristic Greek restaurant in the heart of Trastevere. Typical Greek dishes with a very interesting offer of dishes of the day. We took tuna and lemon meatballs and souvlaki, very good ingredients but a little small portions. Prices are a little high but, given the location, they are acceptable.

A small corner of Greece in Rome. Splendid Greek restaurant located in the center of the Trastevere district. Very suggestive location, full of references to Greek tradition, in addition to the explanations offered by the service, with many little gems of Hellenic culture. The menu is very vast, but absolutely of quality, all the dishes tried were served and prepared with care. I especially highlight the smoked aubergine cream, the flavored sausage and the chicken skewers. The wine is also excellent, directly from Crete. It is an experience worth trying, highly recommended.

Locale molto accogliente e personale molto gentile e professionale. Ottimi gli antipasti e i piatti di carne, il menù offre una scelta più vasta rispetto a quello classico dei ristoranti greci e a prezzi abbordabili. Forse una varietà ancora maggiore non guasterebbe, così come la possibilità di degustare qualche vino in più al calice. Nel complesso un buon ristorante
