A wonderful experience. We ate both traditional and non-traditional dishes, some with French influences. They were all delicious, including the desserts. The service was very much appreciated; the waiter was professional, knowledgeable, and attentive, as well as very kind and helpful in explaining the recipes for the dishes offered. The atmosphere is simple but distinctive, without too much pomp, making you feel at home. We'll definitely be back. Congratulations!

A highly renowned historic restaurant with impeccable service and Bolognese specialties. Intimate, not suitable for large groups. The main courses are very tasty, and the desserts are unparalleled. I would have preferred less nutmeg in the passatelli.

After Jules Vernes' Journey to the Center of the Earth, there's a Journey to the Center of Bologna at Grassilli, and I could have said it all...
A historic restaurant in every sense of the word, the aromas and dishes offered are a celebration of the Bolognese art of fine dining. Tortellini and passatelli are heartwarmingly delicious. I absolutely must book a visit to Grassilli!

This is my second visit to this restaurant, and it's always a confirmation. The cuisine is excellent, with quality ingredients and carefully crafted dishes, but this time it was the outstanding service that really made the difference. I asked for a Lambrusco recommendation, and the head waiter surprised me with a wide selection of 6-8 labels, demonstrating great expertise and passion. It's rare to find such attention to detail in wine, especially pairings. I'll definitely be back!

Excellent experience, impeccable and attentive service.
The atmosphere is truly delightful, intimate and refined.
The food is delicious, and there's a vegetarian option, but the real stars are the desserts.
The Tarte Tatin alone is worth the trip.

I had a very pleasant time here!
I was visiting friends during the holidays and was looking forward to some classics from my region, and Grassilli has been a great choice!
The tortelloni were perfect, tasty and with the right thickness in the closure, some of the best I have had in years 😍
The tarte tatin was delicious.
I appreciated the fact that the menu is simple and short, with a few high quality options.
The atmpsphere is cozy and a little vintage and the waiters were welcoming and nice.
I definitely recommend it for a typical tasty lunch or dinner in the beautiful center of Bologna.
