Food was excellent but the service was so slow. We waited 10 minutes just to get the menus.

Food was, as always, brilliant here. However, both the waiters made us feel like we were an inconvenience and when I asked for a drizzle of olive oil tried to charge me €10 for a bottle I could then take away. Won’t be going again for a while. We would have stayed longer and spent more if the service had lived up to previous experiences. Hopefully they were just having a bad night.

Pasta dishes very good, home cooking, the entrecote fantastic, crispy and al sangue, but for oil to go with the bread you would have to buy a small bottle of about 100ml for 10€!? This is unique and indecent! After all, you pay €3 coperta per person and bread and oil should be included. This is petty and disgraceful! Why make yourself unpopular in this way? This is a big disappointment! Luckily there is enough competition in Bologna that doesn't rely on such an absurd rip-off! What a shame about this beautiful and cozy restaurant on a quiet side street!

I honestly don’t get the people whining about the servers being rude because they were very helpful and kind. The food was also delicious. I had the tagliatlle al ragu and the cotolleta bolognese. Also tried the cold tomato soup for the appetizer which was decent. For dessert I had a cheesecake with strawberries on top. The cheesecake did take quite some time coming out, but judging by the warmth of the cake, I think they might have baked a new one. Overall great lunch. Also very close to a very good gelateria so there’s that.

Ottimo ristorante mangiato delle tagliatelle al ragù buonissime, una ottima cotoletta alla viennese e uno stupendo semifreddo allo zabaione e caffè. Buono il servizio, unica pecca aspettato il conto un po' tanto e quando hai fretta e hai già il giaccone indossato e sei al caldo sembra una eternità.

По рекомендациям в обед заскочили за последний свободный столик, нам дали 45 минут на все и мы справились. Меню небольшое, все очень вкусное. Сервис хороший, но дружелюбием тут и не пахнет. В целом еда на 5, обслуживание на 3. Цены адекватные.

04/01/2025: Last night at dinner in this place where you can breathe an air of tradition. As soon as you enter, the welcome is the cheerful and friendly one you expect in Bologna but which is no longer found everywhere. The tables are very close but it is part of the convivial atmosphere. Punctual and kind service as well as fast. We ordered classics such as tortellini and passatelli in capon broth, both good. Prague ham with cream and apple fritters is also a good dish. The selection of boiled meats is excellent and plentiful, with good quality mixed meats served with side dishes, all not to be missed, including the mustard. The price is absolutely adequate for the quality and service. Perhaps we would like a wine list at the table. However, a place recommended for everyone. We will return to try the roasts and the schnitzel, which looked very inviting.

09/12/2024: Delicious food, including lots of fresh fish and vegetable options from Campania, traditional Bologna dishes and also pizza. Prices fair for the quality and central location.The service very charming and professional, I will definitely return!
