Ristorante Grand Hotel Liberty In Riva del garda

I stayed here for a weekend with my girlfriend. Magnificent hotel. Abundant breakfast, beautiful rooms, indoor pool and spa. Excellent location.

One star deducted because we had a suite with a whirlpool tub that didn't work, and also because of the leaky windows on the upper floor. It's also annoying that the indoor pool and saunas close at 7 p.m. But overall, a wonderful hotel with a great breakfast area, beautiful large pools (indoor and outdoor), and very well-maintained grounds. Children are welcome, but the hotel isn't designed for them.

Loved our stay at this stunning hotel, nothing bad to say. Staff was very helpfull and really seemed to enjoy their work. Would love the come back to this lovely hotel! 5/5

Highly recommended hotel in the center of Riva!

Great service, good breakfast, perfect location, and nice rooms. For a 5/5 rating, the ventilation could be a bit better and the noise from the hallways could be quieter. Otherwise, very satisfied. We'd go back again.

Decent hotel. Not sure how hotel ratings work in Italy but I would say this isnt a 4* it's maybe 3*. The staff at reception are very polite and helpful, same can't be said for breakfast staff who generally seem rude and ignorant. Just a note to owners could you please add soft cushioning pads to the bottom of the chairs in the rooms as the noise of the chair scraping across the floors in adjacent rooms can be heard clearly and woke us up many mornings. The door into the room from corridor seems to be made of paper as you can hear everything. We stayed in hotel sole the previous two years and that hotel is, in my opinion a true 4* hotel.

5 stars even without taking advantage of the spa! The staff was very kind and professional, the breakfast was good with a nice outdoor seating area, decently-equipped gym for a hotel. Though we could hear street noise during the day, it was quiet at night. My partner and I stayed in one of the executive suites, and we loved the room. The historic-looking decor is very cool, and the room was spacious and comfortable. We were sad to leave! Overall we felt this hotel was a great value for the price and would easily recommend it!

We didn't stay at this property but only checked in to move to the residences a few kilometers away, but the girls at the reception were certainly kind and helpful.

The hotel is beautiful and right the middle of everything, short walk to local supermarket. However, it's the staff tjat made this place memorable to us. Everyone was so accommodating, friendly, and so happy to help. Our Italian is awful but many of the staff are English speaking and we're every happy to assist us, even helped properly pronounce Italian words. While they have AC in rooms, it can't always be switched on. However, the large windows that opened brought crisp air right from the lake directly into room. Breakfast was delicious and love the staff remembering us and making sure we had our same seats and joking with us all the time. We were not able to enjoy the spa unfortunately but heard others mention how Greta the turkish bath was. Do know, the beds and pillows are firm but still offered a great night of sleep. Very hot rainfall shower heads. If we make it back to Riva from the US, we will definetly stay here again.
