Ristorante Grand Hotel Liberty In Riva del garda

- Rooms are super loud - there is zero sound insulation from both the (very loud) street and neighbours in other rooms - Super complicated process where you get a plastic key at the reception, then have to grab your towels in the spa, then upon checkout leave it back at the spa to reclaim the plastic keys, then run back to the reception - gigantic waste of time - Most of the time, nobody's there - at the cafe, at the spa reception.... which makes everything even slower. To give them credit, when they are there, they do their best. - Parking is very limited and super narrow. There is a paid public parking in front though that cost us 14 EUR (vs 10 EUR at the hotel) - Very good location, close to everything

It's the second time we've been back....and we will definitely be back.....5 stars are too few for the service we received......very clean room thanks to the cleaning lady, we were in room 416...very good and very kind....like all the rest of the staff.....excellent restaurant for lunch.....very close to the center. .excellent breakfast and since I didn't yet have confirmation of my holidays they gave me two more days to decide... In a word.....Simply FANTASTIC I underline that I am a person who pays attention to all the details.... .

Great hotel in a great location. A few meters until you are in the middle of the old town. Not far to the beach either. A very large variety and quality at breakfast. The staff is very friendly and accommodating.

I spent a week with my husband after August 15th and I can't say enough about this hotel. We often dined at the restaurant and found excellent food, an excellent wine list and always top-notch service; We remember with pleasure all the waiters and Mr. Primo, always attentive to detail, with whom it is very pleasant to chat! Even at lunch everything is always perfect. However, I want to give one piece of advice: a little "vigilance" would be needed in the outdoor swimming pool which kids mistake for a water park (bomb dives, water polo games, constant shouting)... given the class of the hotel the customer expects to relax and to be able to bathe in peace!! The SPA is excellently managed... but I would warm up the really cold pool water.

We booked this hotel for one night. Upon our arrival the staff was very kind, welcoming and we got a pleasant surprise: a room upgrade. Our room was spacious, equipped with all comforts and super modern. Included in the overnight stay was also the possibility of accessing the swimming pool and spa. Breakfast in the morning offers a varied choice of sweet, savory and drinks. The Grand Hotel Liberty is really convenient for reaching the center or the lakeside for a walk. If we were to return to Lake Garda, we would definitely choose this hotel again.

Very central location, all interesting places/restaurants in Riva del Garda are within walking distance. A private, reservable parking space on the hotel grounds was an important criterion for us. We loved all aspects of the hotel, which was built in 1910. In the courtyard there is a great pool where you can cool off, everything is very private (through a hedge/houses). The breakfast was very tasty. The staff is always very friendly and professional. We are happy to recommend the hotel :)

We have stayed at this hotel twice and will return. The whole context was very pleasant, excellent breakfast and the SPA was always a pleasant experience
