Reception staff perfect! The room needs some sprucing up but it is clean. Don't go if you have a dog!

🏨 Flash review Unbeatable location: 10 minutes walk from the center of Riva Top-chef breakfast: crepes and omelettes prepared on the spot and everything very varied and of high quality Super-kept spa: perfect environments to relax, even if it closes at 7:00 pm (shame, an hour or even two more would be gold). Compact standard room: small space, but well organized and very clean. In short: a few more centimeters to the room and extra time in the spa would make it perfect, but it is still an excellent stay. 🎉

We only stayed one night, but the experience was of an excellent standard. We will happily return next time

Hotel a stone's throw from the lake and the historic center. Very kind and helpful staff in meeting customer requests. Clean and welcoming pool and SPA area, I really appreciated the distinction of times for access to children under 14. Very satisfied with the massage service. Comfortable and welcoming room. I had a small problem with the air conditioning and I was offered another room. Excellent restaurant service, both for the quality of the food and for the presentation. Super breakfast included, lots of choice and excellent products. Recommended
