The menu is varied, the deer dish and capacio are delicious. We liked Gnochi noe. Expensive and inadequate. The place is clean but old and you can see and feel it.

Characteristic location inside a mill from the 1500s, entirely made of wood and arranged on several levels. A historic restaurant in Val di Sole! Given the structure, it presents architectural barriers ♿️. Ample parking. The welcome is discreet. The simple and refined mise en place. The menu presents traditional dishes, the classics of the valley; a wine list with a wide choice. As far as we tasted, the dishes were well presented (perhaps the modern shape of the dish in contrast with the environment), the quantity was normal, the quality of the products was good. The courteous staff. Too much waiting (30/35 min) between one dish and another. Value for money and overall good atmosphere. If in Val di Sole, recommended stop!

Ottima cucina, peccato per il servizio non all'altezza dello chef. Difficoltà a servire un vegetariano a menù fisso per l'ultimo dell'anno. Peccato

I had a very lovely dinner with my friends inside an old mill, made by wood and stones, it feels like you can smell the peace of the location and with the FABULOUS food they served you walk out light and satisfied.

Ristorante davvero molto bello, tutto in legno in stile tipicamente montano in una atmosfera davvero piacevole. Cibo buono: noi abbiamo assaggiato antipasto della casa (carne salada, formaggio casolet con mele e noci, speck e vari altri salumi, rosti di patate ecc) davvero molto buono e ottimo per assaggiare le varie delizie della zona; poi per primo strangolapreti, risotto ai mirtilli e tagliolini al ragù di cervo, tutti buoni; come secondo una tagliata (a mio avviso una fetta un po' sottile ma dal gusto molto buono) accompagnata da patate e funghi trifolati buoni. Come dolce uno strudel (buono, anche se ne abbiamo assaggiati di meglio). Il tutto accompagnato da un buon Teroldego della casa, servito però a una temperatura un po' troppo bassa. In generale comunque è stata un'esperienza molto positiva.
