Really very good. The service was quick even though the restaurant was busy, and the menu (though not extensive) is more than satisfactory. The sashimi and salmon in general are delicious and the staff is very friendly, and there are also vegan and vegetarian options.

I've been going there for years, when it was under different management, and it never disappoints! Clean and elegant atmosphere, always good food, the ravioli are the best!

The only one in Florence/Prato that offers explicitly and purposefully vegan options. They've always been keen on offering plant-based (or easily veganizable) rolls and huramaki, but now they've added a slew of truly delicious and unique vegan dishes, responding to an ever-growing demand. I've been going there for years, and they keep getting better.

The reason you've lost so many customers is because you've never updated your menu. At lunch, the selection is very limited and we're saturated with the same old dishes. Looking at the dinner menu, you can see that there's capacity and scope for more, so add some main courses, chicken, shrimp, more uramaki... or even a third of those dishes to the lunch menu and you'll see the difference! I'm not saying you should include the more expensive dinner items like scallops and sea bass, but be bold because the food is good and I'm sorry to see the place go down like this.

The waitresses were very kind! The atmosphere was elegant, different from the high-end sushi restaurants of today, but welcoming. The bathrooms were spotless! Highly recommended!

The temperature of the dishes is excellent, the sashimi is not icy, the nigiri with warm rice is top.

Excellent welcome. The lady, despite the many reservations, made sure we could have lunch, demonstrating availability and kindness. Attentive and courteous staff. Good food, the best tempura I've ever eaten! Good value for money. My only personal suggestion: expand the menu a little! The scratch-off card they give you when you pay the bill is also a great idea: it contains a surprise gift; I won a coffee!!! Highly recommended!

A more than decent all-you-can-eat restaurant at affordable prices.
The menu is very varied and extensive (perhaps even a little too extensive).
The dishes aren't particularly generous, but they're well-cooked and presented.
The fish is delicious and fresh; I particularly enjoyed the soups.
The service is good.
Near the Calenzano exit of the A1 motorway, very easy to get to and with convenient parking.
Recommended.
