I highly recommend everyone to go and enjoy the delicious dishes prepared with passion and expertise. We are tourists, and we were warmly welcomed! Perfect! Many thanks to the server who spoke French and was very attentive. MUST-SEE!

La qualità del cibo e le sue preparazioni fanno di questo ristorante uno dei migliori della Toscana. A ciò si aggiunga la professionalità e l’esperienza di Brunello e Alessio, i proprietari che rendono, mi ripeto, il Gourmet, uno dei punti di riferimento per chi apprezza (e soprattutto) capisce la qualità.

Excellent lunch, food and service. The handmade tortelli and spaghetti with arselle (small clams) were superb. The salt covered baked fish was also top quality. My son is a celiac and he had a perfectly cooked seafood risotto, and GF tiramisu. I appreciated the elegant atmosphere and the competent, attentive staff, who kindly let my dogs sit under the table. These are the sort of "old-school" restaurants in Italy that are worth visiting when you want a special meal. You don't need to chase the Michelin stars!

26/04/2025: Mamma mia che porzioni! Cibo buonissimo e super abbondante. Ammetto che tornassi indietro prenderei di meno ma solo perché veramente bei piatti!!! Ottimi i crostini, pappa al pomodoro e la tagliata. Io ho amato i fagioli

17/08/2025: Very popular place with excellent and affordable focaccias. Drinks are expensive in my opinion (a Radler costs €5.50!!).
16/08/2025: Beautiful, clean, and spacious restaurant with a large, shaded terrace that's always breezy. The staff is friendly and always available. The service is accommodating, fast, and attentive, even when it's busy like today at lunchtime. Everything was excellent, the fillet deserved top marks. Generous portions. Fair prices. Thank you, and keep up the good work. See you soon.
