A restaurant like they used to be: quality food, well-prepared, good wine, cleanliness, friendliness, and professionalism. Kudos to all the staff and owners for their attention to detail. We ordered the hot and cold seafood appetizer trolley, all delicious and generous. The beautiful, spacious dining room with terraces and a small veranda is all welcoming. Thanks also for being open at noon on October 16th!

This seafood restaurant is a true gem: the quality of the ingredients is excellent, every dish is meticulously prepared, and you can taste the freshness of the fish. From the raw fish to the hot appetizers, to the first and second courses: everything is simply delicious. The wine list is also extensive and more than reasonably priced. The staff is highly qualified, attentive, and incredibly quick in their service, without ever being intrusive. Their kindness and professionalism make the atmosphere even more pleasant. The location is well-kept and truly charming. Perfect value for money.

Fast and friendly service. The fish tasted good. Nice place. It's a shame that, having ordered salt-cured fish, it would have been nice to present the fish to the diners before cooking, much less bring it to the table freshly cooked and serve it directly to the diners. Instead, I received three plates already portioned and clean. I consider this to be inadequate service (as a well-known TV show also said).

Recommended by the hotel where we were staying, Nu-Aria, easy to reach on foot from Numana's city center, but a little more complicated if you have to find parking. We had a delicious sauté of marinated mussels with lemon zest...very good, perhaps a little too bitter for my taste, but that's a matter of taste. The stew with bread, however, was spectacular! Next, we ordered a fried fish, available with or without bones (I recommend without!), and a turbot fillet with zucchini, confit tomatoes, and radicchio cooked alongside... The turbot was incredibly tender and perfectly cooked. The service from a young woman with blonde/brown hair (perhaps the restaurant's floor manager, seeing as she was always busy taking orders and more) was impeccable: friendly, quick, attentive, and kind. Super! Value for money: excellent. In short...recommended.
