Ristorante Giudice In Torino

Food, wine, service, simply great. Appetizers and main dishes were always a surprise. Wine advice was perfect. Dessert was the right conclusion. Please continue so!

We came to this restaurant on the recommendation of a friend who had his wedding reception here. It's five minutes from Piazza Crimea, but it feels like you're already on the open hillside, in a very charming location with a terrace offering a beautiful view. The dinner featured some daring but very shareable choices. Unlike the others, I didn't order the tartare (with Ikura, by the way, an excellent pairing), but instead the egg(cat) parmesan/mushroom combo, which was out of this world, even though my coronary arteries took a hit. Next came pasta with duck ragù (good, but I would have preferred a drier pasta dish, but I clearly don't understand anything) and the lamb escalope, which was a masterpiece, served on a bed of some sort of baba ganoush, but much more liquid. I didn't have any room for dessert. From a winemaking perspective, a round of applause; the Barbaresco we ordered was PERFECT in every way.

Revisited Piedmontese cuisine, served with grace and warmth in a clean and welcoming atmosphere. I recommend the "Giudice" tasting menu for its breadth and balance of options, offering excellent value. Wine pairings are also available.

Just a few kilometers from the city center, easily accessible, delicious tasting menu, attentive service, and a more than fair price for the quality. Surrounded by greenery.

A restaurant where you always feel pampered with sublime cuisine and excellent service. I recommend it to everyone, whether for an intimate dinner or a family occasion. Diego is always top notch! Thank you 🙏

The place is gorgeous, but frankly, I wouldn't return, as it's a typical show-off place with tiny portions and enormous dishes. Plus, the service is too slow. The gelato was excellent, but the pasta with garlic, oil, and chili pepper was too salty.

Il ristorante Giudice è il mio posto del cuore! La prima cena 17 anni fa con il mio Ricky l’abbiamo fatta qui, ora riusciamo ad andarci meno perché abbiamo due bambini e si cerca di accontentare loro. Ma ieri che i ns bimbi erano in vacanza ho subito prenotato da Giudice e il trattamento è sempre il migliore Diego il proprietario è una persona splendida e anche se non andiamo sempre per noi ha sempre un occhio di riguardo! Il ristorante propone una carta piuttosto limitata con piatti tradizionali nel complesso ben eseguiti. Punto debole, a gusto personale, i dolci, abbastanza anonimi e, per quanto riguarda le creazioni più originali come il "prato fiorito" - una sorta di mix di gelati alla lavanda e altri gusti floreali- , non particolarmente riuscite. La carta dei vini sarebbe anche interessante ma purtroppo non veritiera: tutti e tre i barbareschi indicati in carta erano esauriti e le alternative proposte non erano adeguate. Servizio nella media
