Ristorante Ginza In Catania

Quiet place where you can eat sushi “all you can eat”. The price is €18, plus €1 for service. Drinks and desserts apart. We paid €43.20 in total adding the 2 waters we consumed. The staff was very attentive and friendly and the dishes came out pretty quickly! We really liked the shrimp tempera and the fried shrimp. I also recommend the salmon tartare and the fried salmon and Philadelphia cheese roll. You can tell that the product is fresh. You should also pay attention to some combinations since there were pieces that we noticed were a little bland. Otherwise everything perfect!

Very welcoming staff and quality products

Super welcoming environment and sublime food, I'll start by saying that even before the rebranding I really liked Ginza but many people who had tried it had quite a bad time, last night I had dinner at Ginza together with these friends of mine who gave it one last opportunity thanks to the rebranding and were amazed at how good and fresh the food was. Top service, excellent quality (the next day, that is, today we are all well and healthy), large menu with various particular choices, which I really appreciate, the only sore point is that I loved ginza before the rebranding because in my opinion they made the best grilled ravioli in Catania, which unfortunately they have removed from the menu but it is a personal smallness. Finally, I recommend the Ginza Ramen restaurant to everyone which has an enviable quality-price ratio compared to other all you can eat restaurants in Catania (18 euros for lunch and DINNER!!).

We have been there twice, first we got only the ramen and drinks. That was very tasty. Second time we got the "all you can eat" for like 18€, it was good, fresh and I think enough variety to choose from. We also got desserts, mochi was filled with ice-cream, which was okay but didn't expect that and also regular ice-cream, that I didn't like but that was just personal issues 😅. The stuff had problem with speaking English, but at least they try. But I also got weird vibes from this place, can't say why tho. Service could be a bit faster but I don't think it was that bad. Last thing, we wanted to go for a third time, but they weren't open for that day even when on the internet and on the door they said open. Weird!

Bella atmosfera e cucina Buonissima 😋😋😋

Ramen delizioso, personale gentile ma nonostante la poca confusione c era poca organizzazione. Ordinati 3 ramen, il terzo è arrivato dopo 30 minuti costringendo mia moglie a ad attendere per quasi tutta la cena. Nel ramen mancava il naruto(inserito fra gli ingredienti nel menù) ma nessuno si è premurato di avvisarci prima (ditelo se manca un ingrediente). La stufa si è spenta e non è stata più riaccesa nonostante il freddo (ci hanno detto che era finito il gas). Nel mio ramen mancava anche l uovo marinato. Insomma molto disorganizzati anche se tutto quello che abbiamo mangiato era davvero molto buono, ci torneremo sperando che sia stata solo una serata storta, anche perché facendo notare le disattenzioni hanno proposto di offrire l amaro e il caffè per farsi perdonare e hanno regalato una bibita a mia figlia. Abbiamo apprezzato la gentilezza :)

Sono tornato al locale due volte dopo il cambio di tipologia. La gestione è la stessa, ma menu e formula sono stati cambiati in funzione del ramen, che adesso è la pietanza principale: scelta felicissima, dato che questo ramen è *veramente* buono, preparato seguendo i procedimenti tradizionali e quindi subito differente al palato rispetto alle zuppe normalmente servite nei locali 'all you can eat'. Trattandosi di una pietanza a meta tra un primo ed un secondo, il ramen di Ginza è abbondante ed ampiamente saziante; nondimeno, é possibile aggiungere dei "side" di secondi grigliati, antipasti e street food orientale che ben completano l'offerta a prezzi francamente modici. Alla prima sortita mi è stato offerto uno sconto del 20% per tornare, ed approfittandone ho appurato che al giro precedente non avevo preso un abbaglio - la qualità c'è 👍 Dovessi fare degli appunti, riguarderebbero piú la necessità di rimodernare gli interni, la grafica di menu e volantini, ed una miglior pubblicità in generale; probabilmente, ripensare in toto denominazione e identità del locale sarebbe tornato utile. Per il resto, non è più il vecchio Ginza, nella migliore accezione possibile. Se desiderate assaggiare dei ramen davvero vicini a quelli che gustereste in un izakaya senza dover sacrificare una banconota da 20 come avviene altrove, questa é la migliore opzione che conosca a Catania.

Abbiamo provato i mo ,i ravioli col brodo,ramen , tutto buono,anche il poke porzione abbondante,e ben condito, piatti insoliti da provare a Catania, prezzi onesti.Personale gentile ed attento.Consigliato

Ho pranzato insieme alla mia famiglia in questo ristorante e siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti. Torneremo presto per assaggiare tutto il menu. Cibo molto buono, mai assaggiato involtini primavera cosi pieni e non unti, ravioli ripieni di brodo succosi e piacevoli, ramen e poke buoni ed abbondanti. Si puo persino accompagnare il tutto da bubble tea e per finire dorayaki da sogno, tipiedi e pienissimi di ripieno. Sicuramente da premiare per l' innovazione della scelta dei piatti. A Catania un posto così mancava e finalmente per gustare un buonissimo mo, da sbavo, non bisogna andare fino a Milano. Bravi!
