Ristorante Gigliotto In San michele di ganzaria

This is my third time at Gigliotto. So I feel ready to give an objective review. The positives: the wine is sublime, the food has improved significantly since the first time, so I can confidently give 5 stars to the chef, the dining room staff, and the owner for their hospitality. The only negative is the rooms, which are now old and in need of renovation. On the other hand, you can take a guided tour of the winery accompanied by the owner and his children.

Super New Year's Eve, spent at the Giglitto estate.

Everything was perfect... Then the quality of the food was superb, as was the exceptional service, especially the skill, efficiency, and friendliness of Mr. Filippo! The perfect host, who listens to your every need before speaking... and last but not least, the superb Host Elio Savoca! The wine cellar was excellent! A wonderful stay. I highly recommend it.

We stopped in our campervan at this beautiful farmhouse and had dinner there, even though it was Christmas Eve. The food was delicious and well-prepared. The staff was extremely friendly. Highly recommended.

We often eat at Gigliotto and chose it for Christmas lunch. The fish, like the other products served, was extremely fresh and of excellent quality. The staff is attentive and courteous, and Mr. Filippo in the dining room is a real highlight. The quality-price ratio is more than reasonable. I'm only giving it 5 stars because there aren't any more. We'll be back with pleasure!

A peaceful weekend. A quiet, rustic, and modernized location, equipped with a variety of comforts. Excellent location for reaching nearby destinations. Attentive and courteous staff. Excellent food and locally sourced wine for all tastes.

In the off-season, the toilets and showers are somewhat neglected. The food and wine weren't quite to our taste. In the summer, and on certain days, entire busloads of tourists are served.

Everything was great! 😍 I highly recommend this wonderful place surrounded by nature. Filippo's service is excellent and the food is delicious.

The winery is exceptional, modern and efficient, and the host is extremely kind and helpful. Excellent wine and food; the estate's produce is used in the kitchen with excellent results.
