Large venue directly on the riverside on the promenades in the center of Merano. Plenty of seating with excellent shade from large umbrellas. The menu is varied, ranging from meat to fish and including pizzas. Possibility of bulk wine or various cocktails. In the city center a few steps from the arcades.

The order was taken quickly, the ice cream arrived quickly, and was delicious. The dumplings I also ordered were missing a notice on the menu stating that they contained bacon. A bummer for a vegetarian. And the burger bun was completely unacceptable. Totally dry. I said this honestly and politely – no reaction from the waitress. Instead, I waited forever for the colleague who was supposed to take the payment. And there was no proper bill either. A shame...

One of our favorite restaurants in Merano. Right on the beautiful promenade. Plenty of seating, sheltered under very large parasols. The service is more than satisfactory; everyone is friendly and attentive to their guests. A little wave or eye contact is enough, and your wish is fulfilled. The atmosphere is relaxed and child-friendly. Soft music plays in the background, making it easy to chat. In the evenings, small lights and lanterns are lit. The food is also excellent. And, of course, let's not forget the delicious ice cream. You can always linger here, whether for an espresso, a beer, or a meal. We love this restaurant and highly recommend it.
