The best raw salmon in Arezzo and top quality sushi rice, very reasonable prices and very friendly owners.

Seen in the passage between Bologna and Viterbo... we tried it also because it also has a different menu from Chinese and Japanese. Self service of hot and sweet dishes. Possibility of being able to cook some raw dishes placed in the refrigerated counter. Clean and spacious room: the heat disperses perhaps also due to the windows. I also had my two little dogs with me which they let in. Good food.. the tartares should have less sauce so as not to cover too much of the flavor of the salmon and avocado. My husband took the pork cooked in the oven but overcooked and therefore direct but still says it was good. I gave 4 stars because I remain faithful to my Bologna one. We will definitely be back if the time coincides with lunch on the next stop. I'll upload you some photos.

We ate for lunch today. All you can eat buffet menu. Wide choice and they also do sushi dishes at the moment. Quiet place. We recommend it. We will be back soon.
