While exploring Turin, we came across the Japanese restaurant Sushi Dozo, where a sign on the door advertised an affordable daily dish. This establishment offers a unique dining experience, giving customers the opportunity to choose from an extensive menu that includes photographs spread across 17 double-sided pages. The food, especially suitable for lovers of raw fish and traditional Japanese dishes, is exquisite. Drinks are ordered separately; I decided to accompany my meal with a Japanese beer, which turned out to be delicious. Although the food is served quickly, we noticed that the owner removes the plates from the table with the same haste, something that was not pleasant to us, as it gives the impression that she wants the customers to leave quickly.
