Ristorante con un bel dehor anche se a metà cena si sudava un pò, molta gentilezza e cordialità, servizio veloce senza portare tutto in un colpo solo, pesce crudo buono ma poca scelta, gyoza mollicci, sushi eccellente senza abbondare in salse strane, tempura di verdure croccante the verde caldo e profumato acqua e coperto 32 euro a testa

A remote place in Corso Unione in Turin, relatively close to Piazzale Caio Mario, which amazes with the special effects of simplicity, harmony and Japanese culinary art: one of the best sushi I've ever tried. Sumo is strength, it is art, it is elegance and balance, it is entertainment; well, you can find the same concepts expressed in the dishes which are served with the typical elegance of Japanese plating, but which stand out for their artfully designed and perfectly balanced flavours. Quick and friendly service, I would say excellent quality/price since being "all you can eat" you are unlikely to spend more than €20 in total per person including cover charge and drinks.
