Nuovo ristorante senegalese a Cuneo aperto dopo la chiusura del precedente ristorante thailandese. Posto famigliare e accogliente in cui assaggiare le specialità dell'Africa Occidentale, Thieb, Yassa, Mafe. Ottima accoglienza da parte di Fana, la proprietaria e Sedou lo chef.

Fixed stop when I'm in Cuneo for work. Excellent quality, balanced and tasty dishes. The owners are very kind and quick with service.

Bamboo is a pleasant oriental cuisine restaurant that stands out for the care and quality of the ingredients at the base of its dishes, for flavor and tastiness that is decidedly above the city average. Its endless menu includes hot and cold dishes of Chinese and Japanese cuisine, from the most classic and traditional to some that are difficult to find elsewhere, with a more than adequate quality/price ratio. Unlike most of its competitors, it does not offer any all-you-can-eat option, but on the other hand several set menus are available, both as business lunches and as combinations of sushi and sashimi. The place is quite large and you can usually find a table easily even without booking. A fast ordering service is available with home delivery or on-site collection. Very kind and welcoming staff; the tables are always honored with a tantalizing welcome entrée.

Good quality food, good service too. A little retro place, but worth it for a Chinese-Japanese lunch
