Good food, I've tried better places but it's ok. The rolls aren't too big but at least I don't choke. There is not too much variety of choice. Sometimes dishes that aren't ours arrive or they don't arrive at all, so you have to ask a waiter who then brings you the missing food quite quickly. Waiters always sulking, grumpy and rude. You say hello and they ignore, you thank them and the reaction is always the same. Pleasant place, tables a little too close together especially inside but whatever.

Fantastic place, very good sushi, not to mention the very good and professional waiters. My favorite place in all of Wedge.

Dalla mia ultima e deludente visita, hi notato con molta gioa che hanno rinnovato il menù. Non solo è più intuitivo, ogni piatto, e dico ogni piatto é accompagnato da una foto sul menù. Così da essere sicuri di scegliere ciò che si desidera. Inoltre sembra che la qualità sia migliorata. Mi ritengo molto soddisfatto

NICE PLACE!!! It is not the first time I go to this Japanese restaurant, and every time (in my opinion) I think it is among the best in Cuneo. This time we were a table of 10 people and at the end of the evening we all more or less agreed that going to eat here is a guarantee. The room is very beautiful, I like how it is furnished and there is a lot of space between the tables making the dinner private with your friends... the only flaw is that it is really noisy, but a lot, which I personally can't stand. The waiters are professional and quick but as in almost all the Japanese restaurants I have tried they are certainly not joking or ready to joke. The dishes are prepared very quickly, a matter of 5 minutes from the moment you order them and they arrive. The kitchen is open to view, which I really like and the dishes are truly delicious. The portions are small, but I find this a positive thing as you can eat everything. Only in some dishes did I find an excess of spices that make them difficult to taste (e.g. seared octopus). The prices are standard...the all you can eat menu costs €28.90 plus water or drinks and perhaps a dessert not included quickly reaches €35-40. For me it is a recommended restaurant here in Cuneo, where I have found few good ones like this.
