Fiorentina ottima, cottura al sangue come doveroso, al limite qualche grano in meno di sale grosso ci stava. Per il mio socio tagliata con rucola (ma le scaglie di formaggio erano veramente indispensabili?) e patate fritte. Birra ed acqua adeguatamente fresche. Servizio veloce e puntuale. Conto adeguato al centro di Firenze, la scottona vale sessanta euro per circa un kilo.

20/12/2024: Quality food, excellent cooking of both the meat and the first courses. Service slightly slowed down due to holidays. An experience definitely worth repeating. Happy Holidays
