A truly unforgettable experience! We started with a raw seafood as a starter which was simply exceptional: very fresh and presented with incredible care. For the first course I chose the pasta with sea urchins, and I can say that it was one of the best I have ever eaten, an explosion of flavors that makes you feel all the scent of the sea. I couldn't help but compliment the chef: not only a master in the kitchen, but also a truly friendly and passionate person, who took the time to tell us some anecdotes about the dishes. And the view of the stacks? Breathtaking to say the least. It's one of those places you don't forget and can't wait to return to!
