Six of us had lunch here yesterday and everyone's opinion was the same: excellent quality dishes, pleasant environment, friendly and helpful staff. Very good desserts. We were on the terrace under the umbrella and had a great time. And the prices are honest. Advised

We ate the excellent, tasty and delicate Maremma tortelli. Very good pasta with pumpkin and bacon and to finish a delicious tiramisu made on the spot. All homemade by the very kind owner, enjoyed on the terrace with a wonderful view.

We had an early dinner one May evening on the panoramic terrace, an incredible sense of peace! Kind service and excellent Maremma food...I recommend tagliatelle with wild boar and penne with pumpkin!

02.01.2025 Siamo tornati a lungo da Garum per una pizza e siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti di tutto: Il ristorante, i padroni di casa, il servizio, i crostini misti, l'insalata mista, le pizze, il vino della casa - tutto proprio come si vorrebbe. Auguri Martin

18/05/2025: I have been working in the restaurant business for almost ten years now and among the various fish restaurants in the area that I have tried this is one of the best. Excellent fish quality, fantastic list of Vermentino wines, tables facing the sea, extremely quiet location.
10/05/2025: Quality raw materials and an intimate and convivial restaurant. Osteria Orlano is truly a gem in SantoStefano. Intimate, welcoming and with fresh, quality fish. The frying is not greasy in the slightest but remains very crispy and very light (for what frying can be of course). We had an appetizer (the delicious roasted octopus served with purple potatoes) and a fried dish, spending €40 each. For posterity the arduous sentence, for me... everything exquisite. My body has filled up with omega 3, my palate with dishes satisfying for the eye and the stomach. Highly recommended!
