Ristorante nel cuore dei sassi molto suggestivo. Personale professionale, cortese e servizio impeccabile. Menù ottimo cucinato con passione. Dolci buonissimi, soprattutto la torta di pane e cioccolato.

This restaurant really deserves so much! The place is very nice, the staff is very welcoming and kind, not to mention the food! The best! Everything was delicious, excellent value for money.

Ottimo ristorante nei Sassi. Abbiamo mangiato all’interno, con ambiente caratteristico. Buone le proposte del menu, ottimamente preparati. Consigliata la prenotazione in quanto all’interno i tavoli non sono numerosi. Il giudizio complessivo è influenzato dal rapporto qualità prezzo, ci è sembrato non adeguato rispetto ad altri ristoranti sperimentati. Purtroppo Matera da qualche anno è diventata più cara che altrove, in particolare nella zona Sassi.

Quiet and simple place with typical architecture of the old part of Matera. The food is really, really good (two orecchiette and really excellent tagliatelle, as are the desserts) and the prices are fair. Come on over!

Environment with a very quiet atmosphere, well-kept location. Excellent selection of products. Very good pasta and possibility to choose a gluten free alternative. Very courteous and professional staff

Welcoming, delicious dishes and very good service guys. A note: try to pay extra attention when welcoming the customer even when you are under pressure. For the rest everything is great 💪🏻

Eating inside a sasso in itself is an experience that you have to live if you visit Matera. The place is very well maintained, the staff service is excellent and the food is even better. I recommend the Antipasto della casa and the Tripola Maritata 👌🏻

08/08/2024: Randomly chosen during a walk in Matera, this place is truly excellent. The dishes are well-studied, experimental, but with real flavours. The risotto "rice, potatoes and mussels" is excellent and the desserts are superb. Friendly, helpful staff. Score 10 and praise
06/08/2024: A magnificent experience rather than a dinner, a perfect mix of friendliness and finally top quality dishes in Matera, with historical reinterpretations of Matera cuisine but in a modern key. Prices are more than fair and a truly enviable wine list!

05/12/2024: Refined restaurant that puts you at ease. Cuisine with typical products but revisited without exasperation. Aside from the welcome (which you don't eat but often gives you a sense of the place and it goes without saying that it is very respectable), the dishes are tasty, satisfy the palate and leave you with the desire to return.
